Perfect Napa Experience!
This was a perfect Napa experience. On the one hand, I didn't want to leave my room at all, because it was so quiet and comfortable. But, Luziann booked some amazing days of tastings so we did, and they were just perfect. I wanted a particular kind of experience and she nailed it. This is without a doubt the best resort I have ever been to.

Beautiful property Less then perfect service
Beautiful property. Front desk service falls short of comparable properties. This was our third trip and in each trip there was a less than friendly service experience with the front desk at some point in the stay.

Perfect Napa Retreat!
This was the perfect location for a special girls' weekend! The resort itself is unique and beautiful. The guest rooms are rustic and luxurious. Our room had an outdoor shower and patio with fire pit! We enjoyed the pools, cabanas, walking trails, observatory, spa, fitness gym, and the dining options. We were able to take golf cart rides around the resort and even got to feed chickens. Overall, this was a memorable stay!

Is there a level above resort?
Great location accented with an attentive responsive happy staff. Great food in a fantastic atmosphere. Everything was well thought out (arrival, delivery to room, room itself, food/beverage service, travel on site, local knowledge of Napa provided, etc.), and staff were happy to help any situation.
