Hotel Escalante

We are staying 250 per year in different hotels, this one was truly the worst ever! Absolutely overrated. Shabby furniture, not clean, lousy reception, everything feels old and worn out. I am talking about ration price to what you get, Horrible, never ever again !

Our second time here and we love it! The staff is amazing. Marco, Holly, Liz and the rest of the staff is accommodating, nice, helpful and always willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, pretty and thepool is outside your patio! So quiet and serene. Best restaurant on 5 th is Casa Neri, excellent, fresh pasta! Also, across from ESCALANTE is Dolce and Salada. Excellent for salads and sandwiches. We can’t wait sit to return, love Hotel ESCALANTE!!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like royalty from the entire staff. I had asked for special arrangements to be set up in our room prior to arrival and they were done exactly as requested. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a private patio where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible and pristine. The restaurant has a very fine menu and the food is deliciously prepared. The wait staff at the restaurant is very attentive and also knowledgeable about the extensive wine list. The beach butler service is most convenient. The front desk staff is also very helpful and congenial. Marco (the person of all trades at The Escalante) is indispensable and helped us multiple times daily at a moments notice. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting Naples or locals in Naples wanting a romantic getaway!

L' hotel é posto alle porte della quinta strada di Naples e quindi ubicato benissimo.É una sorta di piccola chicca raccolta attorno ad una bella piscina.La nostra camera era vecchiotta ma arredata con gusto. Abbiamo dormito malissimo dato che l' impianto di ventilazione era inadatto: si accendeva e spegneva nella notte ogni 5 minuti con rumori assordanti emettendo random aria calda o freddissima.Ne abbiamo parlato con il ricevimento ma nessuno é intervenuto. Colazione scadente, per fortuna in zona si puó trovare quel che si vuole. L' hotel offre delle sdraio in plastica in spiaggia con ombrellone.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Their attention to superb service, outstanding accommodations, delicious cuisine and exquisite grounds is something I haven’t experienced since visiting Europe. You will not be disappointed.
