LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort

My husband and I spent a weekend at LaPlaya in Naples and honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else from now on in Naples. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. The hotel knew we were celebrating an occasion and surprised us with champagne and macarons waiting in our room. Such a thoughtful touch, and both were incredible. Our room was spacious with a stunning view that made it so hard to leave. We live in Boston and this was such a delight We stayed for two nights and every part of the stay felt relaxing, warm, and effortless. The restaurant, Baleen, was outstanding. The food, the service, all of it. My husband loved the short rib dish so much he seriously considered ordering it again the next day. I actually DID order the avocado toast twice because it was that good. The food across was just consistently excellent. The beach experience was another highlight. Chairs and umbrellas were set up for us, and having food and drinks delivered beachside made the whole day feel luxurious without being overly pretentious. Even the valet team stood out. Every gentleman we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. And a special shoutout to the bartender who made one of the best lemon drop martinis I’ve ever had, which says a lot because it’s my favorite drink. All in all, LaPlaya delivered the kind of stay that reminds you what hospitality is supposed to feel like. We’ll absolutely be back. A very special thank you as well to General Manager Gregg Harper and the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. It’s clear there’s real care and attention behind every detail of the guest experience.

Dined at Baleen . The food was excellent and the service provided by Adriano was outstanding. His description of the various dishes was very helpful. We were celebrating a birthday and his singing was outstanding.

This was an incredible dinner. They sat us on the beach overlooking the sunset, and we had one of the best dinners we’ve ever had. We truly enjoyed every bit… the food, the view, the drinks, and the service. Adriano was the best server we had all weekend, and we stayed at the Ritz, ha! (They were great too - he was just extra awesome).

I cannot write highly enough about the dinner we had here… my fiance and I eat out a lot and love trying new places around the country, and this place was one of our favorites of all time. The food was absolutely incredible: oysters, filet, carrot cake, squid ink pasta, shallots… and more. Also, I am a glutton for amazing service and this place takes the cake. Adriano was the perfect mix of giving us space and being fun and attentive. He celebrated our engagement with us and made us feel very welcomed. We deeply appreciate his service this evening - request to be seated in his area!!!
