LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort

This resort was INCREDIBLE! Great for both an adult getaway or a family vacation. Wenderson at the front desk was so welcoming and answered all my questions. My friends and I got a Cabana at the pool and had Brooklyn, Jesse and Barron serve us. They were all super attentive and checked on us so often that our drinks were never empty. They also had someone making cotton candy by the pool which was a nice surprise! Our bartenders Vinny and Omar Definitely dont skimp out when making drinks. You will definitely get your moneys worth at this resort! Highly recommend!

We came for the day to celebrate a birthday and it was one of the best pool/ beach days we’ve had. We reserved a cabana by the pool and it was fully stocked when we arrived with drinks, towels, sunscreen, and more goodies! The staff were all wonderful as well. From getting checked in at the front desk by Wenderson, who was welcoming and informative, to our pool staff, Jesse and Barron, who made sure everything was set up and would stop by with extras like frozen grapes and cold towels, our server Brooklyn who kept the drinks and food coming and was an absolute pleasure to be around, and the bartenders Vinny and Omar who made the best mango daiquiris and piña coladas. It was a whole team effort that really made the day special. We already have plans to come back later this year! Thank you for a wonderful day!

We travel from the UK to visit La Playa every year. The views (especially from the Gulf Tower) are amazing, but what makes us come back year on year is the service, in particular from the pool and beach/tiki bar staff. Rob and his team always remember us and greet us with genuine warmth. They are super helpful and always provide a personal service, for example Vinny remembering our drinks order and that my husband doesn't have fruit in it! These things go a long way. This level of service from our experience also extends to the indoor bar. We love this place and would highly recommend La Playa, to us it is the most beautiful place in Naples.

Location location location, the place to be, you can’t get any more perfect if you want to be on a beach, and looking for views whether of the bay or gulf. Convenient to 5th Ave and fabulous shopping and restaurants. Rooms are beautiful, larger than a typical guest room that I have been in at other hotels. Very clean and the service whether valet, front desk, or the restaurant you will feel special and pampered.

Everything was absolutely amazing! We'll be back for sure as soon as we can. La Playa Team should be highlighted for attention to details and kindness. Experience was 10/10!
