Hidden Gem
This is an amazing hidden gem. The level of service was amazing as was the food. From Aiden at the front desk who handled every request as if we were VIPs to the Koulton with valet staff who knew the hotel like an owner the experience was top notch.

Back to its Best
We stayed here for 2 nights and really didn’t want to leave This is our 14 time staying here the kids were 2-4 when we first came and now 16/18. We did come and stay at the hotel when you had the storm damage to support it, but it’s so lovely to see it back to its best. We had the 15 th floor kids on the 9th and also had friends staying here for the first time with us who absolutely loved it. You will never get a better view when you arrive in your room and look out into the ocean The beach is amazing still my favourite beach in the world Just loved every part it’s a very special hotel for us and next year we will do at least 7 nights here Keep up the good work nice to see it back to its best

Wonderful family time
From the time we got there starting with the valets, to the front desk, to the wait staff, to housekeepers and to any staff we met they greeted you with a smile and a greeting. The food was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. A wonderful experience and beautiful beach and view. Our family had a wonderful time.

My family and I had an amazing time at La Playa! The rooms and resort was exceptionally clean, friendly staff, and amazing food. This was way better than the don cesar. We will definitely be back!

My family and I enjoyed a week of pampering at the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort. The service at the hotel was unprecedented - everything from room service to poolside and oceanside service, and the spa! The staff was kind, polite and very willing to ensure a relaxing experience. What a week!

I took my first Luxury Link trip to LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort. We had a lovely gulf front room, which was wonderful. We were very pleased with the experience. Service was top notch, always available yet not overly intrusive.
