Naples Bay Resort

This resort is beautiful and clean. Our room was lovely with a balcony facing the bay that was peaceful. Everyone there was friendly and very accommodating. They greeted us with champagne which was nice. No problem with early check-in. Thank you Hope for your wonderful concierge service, it was a delight to speak with you. Ana and Domenica were great…. Ana assisted me when my husband had a bad headache. Domenica was amazing with my checkout. The couples massage at the spa was top notch. We felt renewed and relax after our massage. My whole experience was amazing. I recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a pampered get away. I will return.

Sara was the best server I have ever had at any establishment, she took pride in taking the best care of my colleagues and everyone around us. She went above and beyond by delivering our food and drink promptly and genuinely conversing with us. I would recommend her and this establishment to all of my friends and we will be for sure coming back in future visits.

We love Naples Bay! This stay we had great poolside service from Sara almost every day. She was on top of everything and so friendly! The food was better than ever - the steak tacos were incredible! We stayed in a suite for the first time and it had everything we needed.

Shelly - Ann was great! Food was fantastic. Best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Paris! Lol location is unbeatable and there is complimentary valet which makes it so easy. My toddler ate all of her eggs and fruit so we will definitely be back here

Had a fantastic 3 day visit. Perfect location, great weather, super accommodations and amenities. We had a fun time at the resort clubhouse, as well as just relaxing on our balcony overnight the marina. Recommend the sightseeing water tour out of tin city. Great opportunity to see the amazing homes along point royal.
