In addition to the award-winning hotel's two championship golf courses, its Mediterranean-inspired grounds include 295 guest rooms, 3 delectable dining venues, a sprawling pool deck, and a 51,000-square-foot spa. Check-in to accommodations that exceed expectations, with lavish linens and plush beds, sophisticated marble bathrooms, and private balconies boasting views over the scenic golf course fairways. Convenience is at your fingertips, with dual line telephones, wireless Internet access, flat-panel televisions, and on-demand entertainment. Fitness enthusiasts delight at the fully equipped on-site gym, plus four lit tennis courts, and the available service of personal trainers. First class hotel, beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff is exceptional. Loved staying here and will definitely return.

I was pretty disappointed with my recent stay at the Ritz Tiburon. From the moment we arrived no one even opened the front doors as I was carrying bags to enter. I had to place my bags on the ground in order to open the doors myself. Perhaps they didn’t want to approach the door since the smell of garbage that had been sitting out was overwhelming. Not exactly a Ritz greeting. The first room I was placed in had a view of the neighboring rooms rather than the golf course I was told I would receive. They did kindly and cooperatively switch rooms for a proper golf course view. The room itself was nice, but the thermostat must have been merely a prop because, despite lowering the temperature, the air did not feel like it dropped below 77 all night. The positives of the hotel are the friendly staff. However, overall this was not the luxury hotel experience I was expecting from a Ritz Carlton property.

My family and I always go to the Ritz hotel because of quality and elegance but this time it left us disappointed. The food was super bland, comparable to a school cafeteria. Service was good but we got here late after going to the cinema and there was no one at the lobby. This hotel leaves a lot to desire, Ritz should make sure the quality of their hotels is good across the board.

We are regular annual guests and are never disappointed by our stays. The brilliant Ladies and Gentlemen at the property deliver a seemless and excellent service which we appreciate greatly being slightly older than most guests. Yes the property needs a significant update with plumbing issues in our room and the noisy event tent below our room (a high golf course view room) but the location and ambiance make it a very peaceful and delightful place to stay-we were there for 11 nights. We understand that the property is due to be modernised in a couple of years-not before time. Yes there are frustrations but the overall ambiance and spotless service leave one feeling relaxed and satisfied that despite the significant room costs plus extras (resort fees, taxes and parking fees) very good value has been delivered. We shall be back.

Check in was very quick, although no welcome drink as the other Ritz Carlton’s do. Room was spacious with the Ritz marble bathroom and toiletries. The breakfast restaurant aaa a bit bland but the selection was good and service was great. We had the opportunity to meet Joey, the bar back from the pool area as he was filling in for the lobby bartender. His smile was infectious and he made us great cocktails. We then saw him the next day at the pool bar and he was serving drinks there too. He should be promoted to sever! He was awesome. The pool was filled with young children and an adult pool would have been a nice option for couples. Valet service was prompt. Overall a good stay but I prefer the level of luxury at the beach resort in Naples.

We had a wonderful trip. All of the staff was extremely courteous, professional, and happy to help. The room and bathroom were both nicely sized, and sufficient for 2 parents and 2 children.
Please let the hotel know we were very impressed with both Chrissy and Oscar out at the pool, and Andrew for our breakfast service. Thank you!
