Fine hotel in a gritty city
Parkers has a welcoming and attentive staff. The hotel is well appointed and seems to be the best hotel in the city. The room was very sturdy and quiet with quality linens and a two floor suite. The location of the hotel was tough if you like to leave and walk around, as it’s the height of summer and Naples is brutal on the main roads with no shade during August. Not Parker’s fault that it’s in a location that feels unwelcoming. That said, the Chiara neighborhood is apparently very safe and upscale for the city. Net net this is likely the top hotel in Naples and I credit the staff with being nice and attentive,

One of the finest hotels in the world!
This may be the finest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! World class!!! The service from every staff person was extraordinary👍 Prior to staying there, we asked if they could store an extra bag for us while we traveled to Greece. They did it gracefully, easily and at no charge. We arrived back from Greece at noon two days later prior to checkin time. No problem they said, and let us enjoy a cocktail on the rooftop terrace. It is a stunning view of the sea and yachts. They came and gently informed us that our room was ready. So many extras at this hotel that it’s hard to list them all. The last one was when we left at 4am for an early flight, they packed a delicious breakfast for us to enjoy on our flight. We loved the whole experience!

Beautiful hotel where you step back in time
We had a recent 3 night stay at this hotel. What an amazing place where the staff are so helpful, looking at your every need. The breakfasts were the best I’ve had and the views stunning from the terrace. We enjoyed dinner one evening in the terrace too which was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing Experience
Unbelievable hotel, offering amazing views. Staff were professional, warm and extremely helpful. This made our 2 night Naples stay an unforgettable experience. The rooms were exceedingly spacious, and the hotel iteself is beautifiul. I highly recommend having an afternoon drink on the rooftop outdoor terrasse, offering spectacular views of the bay (and city). Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and looking for a great experience.

We stayed at the Grand Parker’s Hotel in Naples, Italy in July 2025. It is a beautiful boutique hotel! The staff was professional, very friendly, and helpful! This was our first family vacation to Italy (and Europe) and the Grand Parker’s Hotel in Naples was our second location in Italy. Paolo at the front desk was really friendly and helpful!!! Great experience!!!

I first came to Grand Hotel Parker's for a wine fair and was blown away by the exquisite decor and service. The view from the 6th floor restaurant is breathtaking and the perfect place for breakfast. I routinely stay in great hotels of all grades round the world and put Grand Hotel Parker's right at the top of the tree.
