The stunning façade of the Grand Hotel Parker's looks exactly as it might have 100 years ago, when it was first purchased by George Parker Bidder: elegant and stately alongside a busy Neapolitan street. Inside, Italy's past is proudly displayed in a private collection of artful masterpieces that embrace the history, culture, and tradition of Naples. Sophisticated, stylish décor fills the parquet-floored lobby and continues into the spacious rooms, palatial suites, and elegantly appointed common areas. Dark, bold furniture stands in calming contrast to the soft, neutral tones of the walls and linens, creating a romantic harmony in each living space. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, a safe, minibar, television, and curtains designed by local artisans that adorn windows framing dramatic views of the city or the sea.

Google What a wonderful stay we had here. Beautiful room, amazing view of mount Vesuvius, Sorrento, Capri and the bay of Naples. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Marco & Vincenzo who helped us book trips to Pompeii, Ercolano and Mt Vesuvius and we always had a good time in their company. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly and attentive in the restaurant. Especially Teresa.

What a phenomenal stay! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary so we splurged and got honeymoon suite. .. .what a great room! This is the best hotel to stay in Naples without a doubt! Everyone is so friendly and service oriented. The concierge Marco and Giovanni are amazing! Both are witty, lively and so helpful. We also dined at their restaurant George (amazing gastronomic treat) and had drinks at their amazing rooftop bar and bar lounge. We had an amazing stay and cant wait to come back!

The hotel offers splendid views over the bay of Naples. The concierge booked us a fantastic guide. The rooms are small and not well designed. The concierge, valet parking and housekeeping staff were efficient and kind. Bar staff was slow and ignored us. Room fridge was warm, it was needed for medication which was then taken to the restaurant. Very uncomfortable. We asked for the ice pack to be frozen and it got lost. When showing obvious distress we were shown no empathy from the receptionist who proceeded to present us with the bill so she could carry on with the next person checking in. Overall an upsetting experience in Naples where everyone else met us with kindness and generosity. The city is well worth a visit. We will not come back to this hotel.

This hotel was such a great find! It’s beautiful & all the staff were absolutely wonderful! Marco was very helpful & attentive in setting us up w/ Aldo for exploring the Amalfi Coast! He was equally awesome as well!

We had a great 3 night stay at the Grand Parker's. The hotel seems like it was recently renovated and is located in a nice neighborhood. .The staff was very welcoming, The hotel is no more than 10 minute cab ride to all of the highlights of the city. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Naples. The views of the city and bay from the breakfast terrace are amazing!

I first came to Grand Hotel Parker's for a wine fair and was blown away by the exquisite decor and service. The view from the 6th floor restaurant is breathtaking and the perfect place for breakfast. I routinely stay in great hotels of all grades round the world and put Grand Hotel Parker's right at the top of the tree.

My stay was very agreeable, the suite very pretty, and we had a magnificent view of the gulf of Naples. The staff was charming.
