A Memorable Visit
From our arrival to departure both the hotel and staff were outstanding. Our room was first class with magnificent views across the city and bay. The service and food in the hotel was excellent combined with first class views from the restaurant and rooftop bar. A special mention goes to the reception and concierge team who were especially helpful.

Great Hotel

Fine hotel in a gritty city
Parkers has a welcoming and attentive staff. The hotel is well appointed and seems to be the best hotel in the city. The room was very sturdy and quiet with quality linens and a two floor suite. The location of the hotel was tough if you like to leave and walk around, as it’s the height of summer and Naples is brutal on the main roads with no shade during August. Not Parker’s fault that it’s in a location that feels unwelcoming. That said, the Chiara neighborhood is apparently very safe and upscale for the city. Net net this is likely the top hotel in Naples and I credit the staff with being nice and attentive,

I first came to Grand Hotel Parker's for a wine fair and was blown away by the exquisite decor and service. The view from the 6th floor restaurant is breathtaking and the perfect place for breakfast. I routinely stay in great hotels of all grades round the world and put Grand Hotel Parker's right at the top of the tree.
