Modern with Spacious Rooms

Great location and close to Broadway. The hotel was beautifully decorated and festive for the holidays. Our room was modern and spacious. They have a nice cafe and a restaurant that offers a good happy hour on the lobby floor. Most of the staff were polite, efficient, and helpful with the exception of poor service at the rooftop bar on our first night.

Visited the Bobby Hotel recently — I was impressed by the valet (Michael, Owen, & Joseph) and G.O.A.T. concierge (Katie) from arrival to departure. Even Bebo working the coffee shop found small ways to make my day better! Upon arrival the valet greeted us promptly, and parked the work truck with care. The concierge was helpful and friendly when we asked for information regarding event scheduling and services provided. Getting the truck at checkout was quick and smooth — no waiting around, which made a big difference after a long day. Overall, valet and concierge services added real ease and comfort to our stay in downtown Nashville. In addition the Hotel is absolutely stunning and easy on the eyes! 10/10 recommendation for your trip to Nashville!
