Awful customer service
I'm highly disappointed in the customer service at the Bobby. After being charged for the minibar in the room (which we did not use), I followed the process to ask about this charge. The Bobby's automatic emails state responses are within 48 hours. I emailed twice over the past 11 days and have yet to get any sort of reply. I also called the number on the automatic email after no responses to my emails and the person tells me she will call me back...still no response. Sounds like there is something broken in your process/system.

Jackie and David were worth the trip to Nashville just for the massage. Highly recommend both. We will be repeat customers!!

Friendliest Staff in all of Nashville
Staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel is definitely a boutique experience and I could not be happier with my stay. The rooms are nothing special but the location and ambience of the hotel itself is definitely an experience.

Great Hotel in an even greater location!
Location was great, staff was super and the rooms were clean and well appointed. There were plenty of choices for in-room food, maybe a little too much. Could have used some space in the fridge for leftovers etc. but it was easy to move stuff out then put it back, the bathroom situation was a little different with a little less privacy than other places I have stayed so make sure you know your roommate well if you stay there. I would recommend it for a great stay in Nashville though.

This hotel is set in a great location. Close to everything but nice and quiet. The staff is very friendly too. I totally recommend!
