Great first time in Nashville
Location was perfect, right near Printers Alley and oh so close to Broadway that it was easy to walk back and forth several times during the day and night. Rooftop was great, but being it was Oct. was surprised the pool was not heated. Couldn't get in even with the sun being out. We stayed in a suite with plenty of room to have friends come over and just hang out when we got tired off the crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

Most wonderful staff
Had a bad experience with the abusive bf (now ex) but management and security could not have been more supportive and caring. Everyone involved were more than accommodating and expressed concerns for my well being, not only there but when I return/ed home. From the front desk staff, security and even housekeeping when I asked for sheets and a blanket to sleep on the couch.

Fantastic stay and will be back. Rooms ,guest ,and food were all perfect. Our room was clean, nice, and staff were professional and very kind.

Location is great. Atmosphere amazing just not in the room. Room not well kept. For what we paid over priced. We probably would not choose to.stay here again.

Great location, beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to all the hot spots while being enough separated to offer quiet, elevated service. Will definitely be back!
