The Bobby Hotel

Very disappointed honestly. The room was big and the lobby is nice but that's about it. No ice maker so you can't have romantic drinks in the room. No desk or coffee maker so if you want to work good luck. You can get free coffee delivered to the room but it has to be delivered by 7am which we did one day so there was no sleeping in and the coffee was so disgusting we couldn't drink it. It tasted like it was reheated 4 days old coffee. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and with the toilet 10 feet from the bed behind a glass wall and open farm door privacy was non existent. Rooms are just really outdated and there are way better romantic hotels in the area.

From the moment we pulled into valet warmly greeted by Jessie , this was truly a 5-star experience. The outstanding service throughout the property is a clear reflection of strong leadership and a team culture committed to excellence. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and stocked with thoughtful and abundant amenities. Staff were friendly, responsive, and more than willing to tailor our experience to our preferences. A special thank you to Jody at the rooftop bar, and Ashland in the cafe who not only met but exceeded our expectations which to be honest were above and beyond what they should have been asked to do. Exceptional hospitality all around! We cannot think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

I will say the location is perfect but the rooms are sleepy with lots of wear and tear. Staff with the exception of the coffee shop genuinely didn’t like their job and they simply were not helpful. This includes late night desk staff, pool bar staff both during the day and in the evening. I would only stay there again because of the location, but not because the staff made it an exceptional experience

Lovely Hotel on 4th Avenue, good location for Broadway but far enough away to be much quieter. Really nice pool/bar area on top floor with the amazing bus on the roof feature ! Nice terrace at street level for breakfast. Our room was huge and very well appointed. The most amazing mini bar we have ever seen anywhere ! Thanks to all. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the amazing party town of Nashville !

Ehab, Joseph and the crew at the café were exceptional! They were kind and courteous and personable. These gentlemen are the reason why I go back to places. It’s all about the staff of the people and how they treat their customers. These gentlemen went above and beyond every day to help me and my friends enjoy an epic stay at the Bobby Hotel! And yes, the coffee was on point!
