Fantastic stay. Location is terrific for those not into the noise of the downtown, but you could easily walk there if that is what you are looking for. Room was clean and comfortable and met all our requests. We ate both dinner and breakfast on property---all terrific and delicious. All staff (front desk, restaurant, bell/parking) were Four Seasons level---polite, engaging, proactive, thoughtful. Thank you---we'll be back!

The Hermitage goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and special. I would suggest a higher floor to avoid any noise from construction. Otherwise please do go eat at the restaurant and enjoy all this hotel has to offer. You won't regret it!

Nice hotel. Missing some of the amenities that I would have thought would be there. No Spa, no transportation, no pool, no salon. They should partner with another hotel in the area and provide transportation for things that they don't have. A small map of the area would be nice to have also. Something showing where you are and where the entertainment areas are. The doormen and bellmen at the hotel were great!!! Always ready to chat and help if you had questions. The bar tender in the main lobby was a lot of fun. Very knowledgeable on the history as well as what's in the area. They made the trip fun.

This is a beautiful hotel that they say is 5 star. Room was lovely, but looked out on an ugly construction site. Also, maid service was sketchy. One night did not come at all, and the next was 8:30, in my view too late! Not right for a 5 star hotel. Food was EXCELLENT but expensive at the restaurant, but it was so good that’s ok. Front desk, lady named Hope was excellent. Coffee offered downstairs in the a .m. Was not very good… very weak. And there should have been fruit or muffins. One day only was some fruit that wasn’t very good.

I absolutely love this place. It’s the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. I can’t wait to come again next year. Exceptional food. Wonderful service. Great views and amazingly comfortable king size bed.
