Great Hotel with VIP Service
Hotel was gorgeous!! Historic. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't want to leave. Staff was so helpful. I would like to especially mention Jordan. He was the highlight of the stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel super special. We just came back from trips to Rosewood Resort in St. Barts and Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego. The Hermitage Hotel was right up there with Jordan service. He gets it!! He is a huge asset to The Hermitage Hotel.

Beautiful and special
I stayed at the Hermitage Hotel with my wife because my longtime friend since meeting at Vanderbilt University in 1980 was getting married there to another of our Vandy classmates after they both lost their spouses to cancer several years ago. The hotel is beautiful and all the people helping us were great. And the wedding ceremony and reception were very well done too. It was a joyful celebration for everyone there and The Hermitage enhanced everyone’s enjoyment of a very special occasion.

From the moment of arrival, being greeted immediately by staff, to room service, to turn down service, to keeping the room clean and even to the food, I found nothing that I could say needed improvement. It was a great experience.

Historic Delight
Not only is the property gorgeous, but the hospitality was perhaps even better. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, nice touches throughout (those chocolate truffles at turn down, chefs kiss!). Great jumping off location for walking to downtown, germantown and the gulch. Only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy afternoon tea and breakfast at the Pink Hermit! Guess we just have to come back!
