Beautiful hotel, excellent service and a great restaurant

This hotel was wonderful in every way. We stayed in Nashville for three nights and wanted a place that felt special, not just convenient. The Hermitage popped up at the top of Tripadvisor and everyone we spoke with seemed to love it, so we went for it—and it really delivered. The location is perfect: right in the heart of downtown, close enough to walk easily to the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Broadway honky‑tonks, and the Assembly Food Hall. The walk to everything was mostly downhill, which was great; the walk back was uphill, but at least we got our steps and a little cardio in! The lobby is gorgeous—classic, elegant, and welcoming—and the rooms are big, light, and really comfortable. The mattress was one of the best I’ve ever slept on, so getting good sleep was no problem. The bathroom was also spacious, with a great shower that felt like a small luxury in itself. The price is a bit on the higher side, but it feels like a true five‑star experience, and the service was flawless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing place to stay that’s close enough to Broadway to be convenient but far enough away to feel calm and quiet, this is definitely one to check out.

Nice visit! Check in went well and everything in the room was as it should be. Service was outstanding. Great job!

Travelled in from England to experience Nashville and chose this hotel as it looked to be centrally based but with a bit of history. It does not disappoint with a grand entrance and a relaxed bar / lobby area which is nice to just chill or whilst you wait for a car. It’s brilliantly located if you want to walk everywhere as it’s nice and located and the little pastry shop at the entrance is well worth a visit. We got there late the first night and they ensured we could still eat at the restaurant even though they were finishing up which was a lovely touch and the bar is well worth a visit just to sit and let the time go by. The menu in the restaurant is nice and varied and the pizza for a quick bite to eat is superb if you just want to share something. Breakfast is American but with a touch of class. The rooms are large and spacious and the mini bar is well stocked so you won’t want for anything with a turn down service for when you return from dinner. If you are going to Nashville you have to stay here. We are going back in October as it’s the only place to stay in my book.

If you want to stay at a hotel that is lovely to look at, has great service, wonderful bed, amazing bathrooms and good shampoo and conditioner -- stay here. The people who make your room a truly one of a kind experience really need to be commended. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay simply amazing. The food isn't all that -- or was kinda bland for my taste, but the drinks are fun and innovative. If you want pure indulgence and xcellent service, it is really an amazing place to stay. There was a wedding party coming in and even though I was there for work, the families looked happy and throughly indulged.
