The Hermitage Hotel

We chose The Hermitage Hotel as the venue for our daughter’s wedding on August 15, 2026, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and accommodating. They were always there whenever we needed anything and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt so well cared for throughout the entire wedding weekend. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking. There is so much beauty and attention to detail throughout the property, especially in the lobby and the Veranda Room. Every space provided the perfect backdrop for such a special celebration. The Hermitage Hotel does require that you have a wedding planner, and I cannot recommend Bruce Pittman highly enough. He is truly the best there is! His communication, creativity, organization, and incredible eye for detail are absolutely out of this world. Bruce went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and he made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. When you hire Bruce Pittman, you know you are in the very best hands! We could not have been happier with our experience at The Hermitage Hotel. If you are looking for a truly incredible wedding venue in Nashville, I highly recommend The Hermitage. It is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful and special hotels in Nashville and the perfect place to celebrate such an important occasion!

We were in town celebrating our son's 21st birthday. We had a fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Rabaz was especially polite and helpful. Our son received chocolate covered strawberries in our room. So thoughtful! We will definitely be back!

It was my favorite part of our Nashville trip. The hotel is gorgeous and all the staff was so kind. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to go back.

Second or third stay here. Chose It for proximity to a concert at Ryman. Rooms are lovely and the staff is amazing. But stay was disappointing and not up to iprefer standards we usually experience at these hotels. woke up to find the coffee maker we requested did not work. We had to get dressed and go downstairs to get lukewarm coffee just to wake up. Hot coffee is about the only reason i get up in the morning….Worse, when we threw back the sheets to get up and go downstairs, we discovered the sheets were not clean - childs footprints on the inside. 😳 we dont have a child. So that was pretty yuk. Wish we had seen it the night before.

Excellent place to stay in Nashville. Beautiful historic hotel with exceptional service and rooms that never disappoint. Service makes the difference with staff that blends professionalism with a warm approach that makes for a perfect stay every time.
