Meh
Every time we stay I want it to be great because it is such an quirky eclectic hotel. But every time I am met with the same challenges an a usually at least one new one. Always aggravated about how warm the bar and gathering areas are kept and how hard the beds are. Never used my complementary bar ticket because i could not get serviced at bar. I don't feel like i should have to wave someone down when I am standing right there.

Wow! Myself and daughter stayed here April 2026, what a hotel! The resturant was lovely, food was fabulous. The staff were amazing, Natalia went out of her way to make our stay perfect -thank you. Also Charlie in the bar, what a guy! Took time to talk to us and ask us about our day. You both are a credit to this hotel, thank you for making our stay so memorable.
