I understand the pricing and everything. But as far as a resort fee, I am not a fan of that because I don't see this as a resort. I see this as a 4 star hotel otherwise than that I would definitely stay.

Awesome customer service
The front desk person who helped me, Jeida, was amazing. There was a mix up with my corporate reservation and she took care of me to make sure I was able to still get a room. She was a true representative of awesome customer service.

Great stay
We had an absolutely beautiful stay here! Huge thanks to Jess for setting it up for us and taking care of our fam. Staff was incredible. Logan, our valet, took great care of us and even made small talk with my grandma about their common love for hunting. We made our way in and Omkar greeted us, checked us in and got us where we needed to go. Our beds were cozy, the room was spacious and the vibe was chill. Only downside was I couldn't hook up my PS5 to the tv as there wasn't a way to change input. Late that night we made our way down to the bar and Ethan made us the best espresso martinis we've had in Nashville and even gave us a little whiskey history lesson. After we checked out, George pulled our car around, and sent us off with a smile. Overall a fantastic experience and can't thank this staff enough for our stay.

The hotel’s great but Jesse is greater. Place is beautiful and service is amazing. We got welcome drinks too and the recs the hotel gave us were also great.
