I had the great opportunity to work with Renata at the Stompin Grounds restaurant. She was fantastic! She was a breath of fresh air who gave wonderful lunch suggestions. She was personable, remembered and called me by my name, and even took time to jot down dinner recommendations! Fantastic service and true genuine TN hospitality!

Phenomenal stay
I stay at Marriott all over. I’ve never had a bad experience. This stay was no exception. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant are phenomenal. Our server, Renata, made sure that our every whim was met and the hostess, Ha, greeted us like we’re family. I just want to say that I spoke with Patrick, the restaurant manager, while here and he had the same positive can do work ethic that is prevalent throughout the Marriott brand. It’s nice that your management gives the power to staff to fix any problem that might arise. I will certainly be back.

Amazing Massage
Had massage at spa this morning w Kristin / Miyana and Megan ... Kristin worked out so many knots in my shoulders / back... wish I had her near my home! Loved the spa / massage - All the staff were great!🙏❤️

Great people and great food
Renata was excellent at the restaurant. She was so kind and friendly and warm! Ask for her when you go eat there! And the Asian hostess was so cheerful. You can tell she loves her job!
