Wonderful Weekend Getaway
It was great! Parking was very convenient and Davionta was very friendly and nice, he even got us extra water for the long road trip ahead of us! The location was very convenient and close to Broadway, the pool facilities were very nice and well kept!

Great Employees of JW: Shana & Tammy
Myself and our company come down to Nashville multiple times a year and the JW has become our Nashville home. Every experience is great. Shana has now checked me in multiple times and is great and helpful every time! She is always super friendly and pleasant to work with. She is great to welcome guests for their stay, always happy and smiling. The pool is phenomenal and bartenders are always great, Tammy hustles around the pool to take care of all the guests as well. Great experience every time! Looking forward to our next trip come August! Rooms are always spotless snd clean, they do a great job keeping them clean throughout an extended stay.

Breakfast morning
Nady greeted us every morning at breakfast with a soft kind voice. He anticipated our needs before we did. Helpful each day in getting us set up. The first day making my latte as I couldn’t figure it out! Thank you for making our breakfast time extra special just by being you!

Nady was wonderful from the executive lounge. He was so lovely and helpful. Nady was fantastic! He went above and beyond at breakfast — professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. He kept our coffee topped off, cleared our table promptly, and made the whole experience feel effortless. It’s service like his that makes a stay memorable
