We had such a wonderful experience. Service was amazing. Shana at the front desk was so hospitable and welcoming. The executive lounge was so great with a beautiful, fresh, and delicious spread.

Ellen is such a doll!! So hospitable and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere and the service. The bar team was welcoming. Everyone should try the Happenstance old fashion! Local and women owned whiskey.

AMAZING!!
My girlfriend and I spent our engagement weekend at JW Marriott in Nashville. Jay and Ellen along with their staff took especially good care of us and made this such a special occasion. Our 1st date out of town was spent at this hotel and to our surprise….Jay did his research and put us in the exact same room. The service and personal detail was amazing!! Thank you to everyone involved!!
