Blood on bed
Checked in to our room and there was blood on the comforter. Housekeeping changed the bedding other than the pillows. After a second call, those pillows were changed. As a Marriott platinum member, and seeing 100s of Marriott properties, this was unacceptable.

This hotel is absolutely first rate! When my flight was canceled, they were more than accommodating, extending my reservation. Jay, and Bradley went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Nady even ensured my wife and I had an amazing breakfast while we were on our extended vacation :-) You will not be disappointed staying at the JW Marriott
