Show them how it's done Kubi!
I used the valet to watch a keynote speaker at a conference. It was on excellent customer service. Everything Kubi did at the valet demonstrated everything the speaker spoke about: answer questions before I ask (Kubi informed me of the Coffee shop and the meeting halls location) and let me know what to do with the valet ticket (keep this and give it to him later to get my car) and was gracious, smiling, and happy. He also listened as he asked how my stay was. You have a keeper here! May he be the trainer who trains others to copy his every move!

Great experience from check in to check out
Arrived and was warmly assisted with getting my belongings to my room. Room was wonderful and the when I was carrying a couple coffees back and was about to leave Kubi was so sweet to quickly ask to help carrying them to my car. It was a small gesture but it was impactful to my experience.
