Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

Very poor customer service. They use a service called Chat to handle their in room service. Calling from the in room phone doesn't work. Used my cell phone to call and finally talked to a human. Promised service. After 20 minutes I went down stairs to ask for service and the person at the desk seemed annoyed by my asking. In the end it took over 25 minutes to get some tooth paste. I could have gone down the street to buy some quicker.

Great hotel in Nashville! Clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed the service and hospitality. The bathrooms are a good size and the room was quiet. Only downside we had was full beds and not queen or king size. Highly recommend if you are visiting Nashville.

We come to Nashville often to visit our son at Vanderbilt. The Loews is the perfect location for us. Everyone is so kind and responsive and the food is delicious. We especially appreciate staff members Van, Joe Day and Cody. Can’t wait to come back.

I joined my husband on his work trip to Nashville with our dog and have had the absolute best experience. All of the staff at the hotel has been out of their way kind. They truly made this hotel feel like home for the 3 days we were here. Special thanks to Van!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The front office director John dudek was very accommodating to our needs. The bell man was such an amazing help. Joe day helped with our travel downtown many times and helped me load a whiskey barrel into my van.
