Concierge Gary Jamison was absolutely extraordinary. My two sons and spouses traveled to Nashville for a long weekend family reunion and I wanted to have a gift basket of goodies waiting for each of them in their rooms when they arrived after a very long day of travel. I missed the deadline for ordering fruit and local toffee. Gary was so unbelievably gracious to offer to call down to the kitchen to see if they could possibly accommodate my request that evening. And they DID! AND, he was so wonderful to reach back out to me to assure me know that all was take care of. THAT is above and beyond! Thank you Gary Jamison!

The hotel appears to be a bit older, but it's clean and in good condition. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was welcome and delicious. Al employees were genuinely welcoming and friendly. Front desk personnel were helpful and made us seem we were special. Highly recommended!

1. Iron ruined/tore my brand new shirt. It had sticky stuff all over it. They replaced it with an iron that leaked water all over my other shirt. 2. Right side of curtain had to be opened manually as the stick is broken 3. Initially, had to call hotel with my cell phone because the phone was not charged. The engineer showed me a special button to make it work. Why not put a little note so that occupants will understand how to operate the phone set? 4. The person who cleaned my room was beyond lazy. Left dirty cups in the bathroom. Did not replace coffee set-up (cups, sugars, coffee, etc.). Left a chair right in-between the beds instead of placing it back under the desk. They, obviously, made up the beds working around a chair taking up space between the two beds. Again, very lazy. 5. People congregated and partied and made noise in the elevator area - just where my room is located. 6. The remote did not work. Unable to get the guide necessitating moving through the channels one at a time. Many times, it would stop working completely and lose connection. Jeff the engineer came up but got nothing done and the remote never worked throughout my entire stay. 7. This room should be taken out of service. I am OFFENDED that I paid full price for a room that was tacky and for the loss of a brand new shirt. 8. Unable top communicate with the lady who cleans the room because she spoke no English. This is VERY PROBLEMATIC! What If I were in dire straights and needed help? She would be completely useless! 8. This room should be taken out of service.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The doorman, Van is a joy as well!! The front desk attendants we pleasant and ensured my stay was comfortable. Mason resturant was good as well! I appreciate that they allowed for a late check out too.

Amazing people, excellent customer service by the entire staff, James the Valet, Mark the concierge and Alexis the front desk, all three were outstanding and warmly welcomed us. I love the rooms, the services and the amenities. Thank you Lowe’s, you helped make my trip memorable.
