Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

I simply cannot say enough good things about my recent stay here. From the moment I walked through the door upon my arrival until the time I checked out, I was impressed. The staff was genuinely thoughtful, the rooms were beautifully appointed, and the entire experience was memorable. I have to admit that wherever my future travels take me, I will be seeking out a Loews for my stay. Thank you for making my first trip to Nashville a great one! I'll be back!

We hosted a three-day business event at the hotel, and the entire staff was fantastic from start to finish. One standout, though, was Walter. He took care of our group during every conference meal and went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies. Walter was always friendly, proactive, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was just right. Kudos to the whole team—and especially to Walter—for delivering such an outstanding experience

Had a brilliant three night stay here. Uber clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing staff especially in the breakfast dining room and the two who run the coffee pod, a real credit to the hotel. The breakfast food was the best food I’ve ever had in a hotel. Some claim yes, but I stand by it. Free water as well. This is how it should be. Thank you Loews.

Service was consistently excellent. Front desk staff were very accommodating, providing restaurant recommendations and sites to see. The hotel has a number to text when anything is needed. We used it to obtain shaving cream after losing ours to a vigilant tsa agent. The system worked great. Only minor negative is that the coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good. But the food was delicious.

Had an amazing kids free staycation here. Jaime from Louisiana the concierge lady was so sweet from check in to check out she was treating us like royalty. We got upgraded to stay at the club level which the rooms are newly renovated they felt super new and modern. The bed felt heavenly and we were able to sleep like babies. Parents you know that is a luxury! We had drinks at the bar, they were delicious. We had breakfast each morning at the mason, Roger the serve was the kindest gentlemen and apparently he has been working there for 27 years. What a special gem in my city I will be sure to return for more staycations.
