DO NOT Purchase the "Omni With Love" Package

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 13 hours ago

I purchased the Omni with Love package. I did not receive a phone call from a concierge to help plan our stay (which is supposed to come with the package). I did not receive the guaranteed late check out. I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website.

Awful management and unwelcoming staff , ruined Nashville for me

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

I rarely write reviews, but my stay at the Omni Nashville was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was cold, disorganized, and downright hostile. The management is clearly absent or incompetent and no one seemed trained or interested in basic hospitality. The staff made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. Not once did I feel welcomed or valued. Because of how I was treated here, I genuinely wouldn’t want to return to Nashville. A hotel this poorly run can taint an entire city for you. Save your money and your peace of mind and stay anywhere else.

Did not disappoint!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

We had been looking forward to staying here since we booked it last year and the stay did not disappoint!! We stayed here for 4 nights, the location is excellent right next to Country Music Hall of Fame, walking distance to Broadway and The Gulch. Room was a great size with lots of room and a sofa for seating area in addition to the desk. The room was clean, had everything we needed I especially appreciated the coffee machine in room and reception were very kind and accommodating when I asked one evening for a few extra pods. The bed was comfortable we slept well!! All the staff we encountered always greeted us with a friendly hello. The bar staff made you feel relaxed, welcome and at home which was really nice. I would definitely recommend staying here and we look forward to next time we are in Nashville.
