Omni Nashville Hotel

Wonderful hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville combining luxury, comfort and incredible service. As an Omni loyalist I must say this is a true luxury property and the care and attention you receive immediately from the reception staff followed by the Omni ambassador makes you feel like it's your second home. Great locale, great atmosphere and great value!

The room and overall setup of the Omni is good for the conference I was attending. I had a very disappointing experience where room service took away two special Bordeaux size glasses before I even had a chance to use it. These are obviously different than what the hotel has. So, why did they take it? Two days after reporting and on my way out I receive a text that they could not find it and asked where I purchased them. I texted back the link - no response, no follow up. So, while everything else is fine - this leaves me very dissatisfied.

My wife and I spent Christmas at the Omni Hotel in Nashville, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed—the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a festive atmosphere without feeling overdone. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay special. We would specifically like to call out Mena Labib (the pick manager) who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and educate us on the sights and places to visit while in town. Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home during the holidays. The views of downtown Nashville were a bonus, especially with the city lit up for the season which we could see from our room. The location couldn’t be better. Being connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame and just steps from Broadway made exploring the city effortless. Even with all the activity around the area, the hotel itself felt calm and relaxing—exactly what we needed for an exciting holiday getaway. Overall, our Christmas at the Omni Nashville was outstanding. It struck the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville—especially during the holidays.

Rooms were neat and clean.Location was close to SoBro and many other attractions. Mady at the guest services was so helpful and friendlier.
