The staff starting with Tod and Alyson are just amazing!!
EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL AND STAFF!!! Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Within walking distance to everything downtown, food is exceptional and well priced. They have all the amenities you would want, hot tub, pool, fitness center, phenomenal restaurants, Country Music Hall of Fame, valet, shopping and I could go on!! We NEVER stay anywhere else! FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omni hotel - great stay
Atdhe was fantastic in the hotel restaurant. Very clean, nice rooms, great location. The cortado in bongo - also amazing!

Such a great experience and vibe!
Best place to stay. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Bongo in the lobby is the cherry on top! Bob's is great for a night in or a meal after a late arrival. Five and Tenn is an amazing gift shop. The location is perfect for walking to Broadway and the Gulch.

Ice Storm hospitality
We are Nashville residents and had to move to the OMNI due to the Ice Storm in Jan of '26. The staff and hotel were most helpful and made the situation much improved. The hotel has several good dining options and several just a block or two away that also made the stay nice. Notably, the OMNI did not raise prices even as they had significant volume and demonstrated that they are a good community partner to our town. I will add that the hotel is quite nice and staff was awesome and we are grateful.

Nice hotel but could definitely use some improvement.
Great location in Nashville. Rooms aren't dusted thoroughly. Beds are generally comfortable. Front Desk staff is very helpful. One caution: if you are allergic to cigarette smoke, there is almost always someone smoking at the entrance. They could do a better job to minimize that. Kitchen Notes is just okay. Biscuits could be a lot lighter. We have stayed at quite a few Omnis--the other ones have been generally better. I am a Select Guest Champion Status with Omni.
