Reviews for Omni Nashville Hotel

Exceptional Stay!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Everything about our experience at this hotel was top notch! From the moment we arrived and checked in until the moment we left and checked out, it went above and beyond our expectations, especially considering this was during a very busy Labor Day holiday weekend. Everyone at the hotel was so nice. What a great experience! Highly recommend!

Valet and hotel need to communicate better

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The Hotel itself is a grand connection of multiple places. Rooms are smaller but similar to a Hamilton or Best Western- Not as "grand" as the Hotel itself. Your really just paying for the location- 2 blocks from Broadway Spa on site was decent but over expensive in my opinion. The score I left really reflects the valet experience when we were checking out. My wife and I had just checked with valet, handed over our ticket, and got the car. Within a couple of minutes we decided we wanted to walk around and shop before leaving, so I went inside and asked the front desk if we could re-check the car. The front desk (short lady with reddish hair and glasses) told me valet was good until 6pm and it wouldn’t be an issue. When I went back outside, the younger short white valet seemed totally confused about what I was asking. Then the taller Black valet — the same guy I had just handed my ticket to 3–4 minutes earlier — came up and told me once the ticket is handed in, it’s considered “destroyed” and they couldn’t take the car back. He said he’d be happy to issue a new day-pass valet, but that was the only option. I explained that I had just spoken with the front desk and was told it wouldn’t be an issue. He only repeated the same line about needing a new day-pass, which came across as dismissive and rude given how close in time this all was. I went back to the front desk to double-check, and the same associate just shrugged it off with, “Yeah, we don’t have anything to do with them — they can do whatever they want.” The whole thing was frustrating and honestly embarrassing. Instead of a simple solution, I ended up leaving the hotel and paying to park across the street just to avoid the hassle.

pleasant but homeless situation needs to be addressed security is a must

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

excellent hotel 5 star plus the only issue too many homeless constantly at the outside property although difficult for the hotel the city must do something to control that ive been hassled constantly and verbally abused and difficult confrontations with the homeless to the point i felt that the issue would have escalated in physical confrontation

Great experience all the way around!

I stayed at the Omni in Nashville for a business conference. The hotel was very clean throughout and all the food was excellent. I have never attended a conference that provided this quality of food! Also ate at the steakhouse the night before and the food and atmosphere was great!

Full service wedding celebration!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception became a seamless celebration thanks to the hotel and catering service that made us feel like VIPs. Our group of 80 came, partied, and conquered this happy event.
