Carry your own belongings out
Bellhop left a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals in the room when I was not allowed the use of a baggage cart. The hotel made no effort to retrieve them

Excellent Stay!
We truly enjoyed Omni Hotel and Resorts. Rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Guest services provided us with a late checkout without an additional charge. We will be back.

From the lobby, to the room, UT qas all outstanding. Every question or concern I had were addressed timely.

Bathroom shower grout was gross
Disappointed with the housekeeping, the floor was sticky, shower grout moldy not just in one spot but from top to bottom ranging from brown mold or grime to black. Forgot to replenish coffee/tea, missed shower rug and hand towels, everyday it was something.

Nice but…
The room was dark. Not enough light for a woman to get ready to go out. The wait to check in was an hour long standing in line. The margaritas at the bar were $25 each. The concierge was no help when asking about local destinations. Overall… pretty horrible. The room was nice though.
