Phenomenal Guest Experience & Location
From arrival through the entire stay, everything was exceptional. The property itself is beautiful, and the overall experience—from the amenities to the atmosphere—really stood out. The Executive Corner Suite was phenomenal, and the view was such an iconic Nashville backdrop—it made the stay even more memorable. Additionally, I wanted to recognize members of the Omni team who made the experience even more memorable: Ms. Laurie & Ms. Danielle at the Front Desk The Bellhop Team Katelyn at Kitchen Notes McKenna & Cole at the Pool Bar Wakeyia & Wayne at Bob’s Ryan, Chris, & Hicks at Barlines Todd at The Pick The Mokara Spa Team The Bongo Java Team The Valet Team And last but certainly not least, the housekeeping & culinary teams. My room was immaculate, and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. It really speaks to the level of care and attention the team brings to the overall guest experience. Lastly, the location couldn’t be better for Nashville highlights. It’s steps from the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, & more!

Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I stayed at this location for our 13 year anniversary and Samantha went above and beyond for our stay. She upgraded our room with an amazing view and gave us a welcoming gift with a complementary bottle of wine. We were also gifted an additional drink voucher during our stay which we used for coffees at their coffee shop for our drive back home. We also did a couples message at their spa and it was an amazing experience. We were able to fully relax and it was such a calming and refreshing facility. It was a little too cool to use their pool but I sat in their hot tub and it was relaxing as well.

memorable brunch
We went at the Kitchen notes today for brunch and we had a wonderful experience! Rasha, our waitress was very personable, accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing, we’ll definitely come back! From a happy italian girl!

Second Home
Nashville is one of our second homes, and we love coming with friends and family. Events are great, weather is perfect, and the music is always live. Omni makes it that much better. The staff in Nashville are always welcoming and great to be around. Great location, food, and overall atmosphere. Close to all the major hotspots, and a quick drive to the Gulch, Germantown, and 12 South.
