Exceptional Experience
I can not recommend the Omni Nashville Hotel enough. This was my 2nd time staying here and both times did not disappoint. Staff is excellent at this hotel. Food on site is great, lots of choices, Rooms were very comfortable. Hotel is in great location, you can walk to everything!

Gorgeous property
FABULOUS! The views are beautiful, the room was fantastic, clean property with many anemities, friendly and helpful staff, great location with easy walk to the restaurants, bars and shopping, short drive to 12 South, Franklin and more. Highly recommend!

Great location with excellent service
Great location with excellent service. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The room is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels very safe and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Unanimous verdict for this hotel… unmatched and unequaled in all respects.
It is rare, in this hurried age, to encounter an establishment delivering on every front — and rarer still to find one doing so with such style, such warmth, and such evident pride in the doing. The Omni Nashville is precisely such a place. From the moment of arrival, we were received with the kind of grace one had begun to fear extinct. The staff — gallant on welcome, attentive throughout, and positively mournful upon our departure — conducted themselves as though hospitality were not a job description but a calling. Foremost among them stands Samantha Dundee, Loyalty Ambassador, whose warmth, wit, and uncanny knack for anticipating every want elevated our stay from excellent to unforgettable. She is, in plain terms, a treasure — and the management would do well to guard her closely. The room itself was a sanctuary: spacious, spotless, handsomely furnished, and possessed of a bed into which one does not so much climb as surrender. Sleep arrived swiftly and departed reluctantly, as all good sleep should. In short: splendid staff, splendid quarters, splendid stay. We shall return — and gladly.

Consider other options
While the Omni Hotel touts itself as a top tier hotel, they consistently miss on the little things. Staff is courteous but pricing, amenities and overall attention to detail is lacking.
