Claire your manager, Samantha the loyalty ambassador, Raj at the front desk, Rusia the waitress in Kitchen Notes, our room attendant and everyone else always makes us feel so special. Claire is an outstanding addition to your team, she made us feel special from the moment we met her. We will only stay at your hotel and the care that your team gives is always the reason why we do. In addition to your staff, the buffet at Kitchen Notes is always amazing and the location is perfect for entertainment venues and work.

Location! Location! Location!
Location was the main reason we chose the Omni, as it's within walking distance to everything we needed. However, the service and food at the restaurants in the hotel were outstanding! Rooms were spotless, staff was always around to help or answer any questions you had. Will always stay here when in Nashville!

Oh Nashville give me Omni!
The Omni was a beautiful place to stay. Clean rooms that smelled fresh, plenty of amenities and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Not only that, I either got lucky or it's just very quiet and well insulated. I hardly heard any noise from other rooms or above. The staff is fantastic. Super friendly, they smile and are eager to help.
