Amazing service and experience
I stayed here for a business conference. The service was great, the amenities were great and most importantly, the staff was spectacular. The delivered a fan to the room when I was hot, delivered my door dash for things I forgot at home, and when I remarked about the wonderful scent in the hallways and rooms, provided a link to where to buy it and sold me a take home bottle! Great experience over all and will come back. Kaveed was amazing!

Nashville goes big
Very beautiful big rooms. Staff at check in and bell desk very helpful. If you have looking for luxury this place will offer it. It is located in the Gulch are of Nashville close to Broadway street yet far enough away you will not get all the craziness of Broadway. Very friendly neighborhood.

Stayed here for the race
I enjoyed the sophistication and ambiance of the hotel. The staff were ALL very attentive and accommodating. The food was good and the water station concept was clever. The hotel was .7 miles from my half marathon starting line. I did not need a car. I was able to walk to downtown in 15 mins. I ubered a few times and it was very inexpensive.

Perfect overnight stay
Our stay at the Thompson was perfect. The rooftop bar, restaurant, and coffee shop were just about all we needed in Nashville! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We received a nice upgrade and the room was perfect in every way. We usually don’t love hotel showers but this one stood out! Same with the beds in our double queen room. We had a city view, which wasn’t anything spectacular but still very nice. Would highly recommend and absolutely come back.
