Thompson Nashville

We were in Nashville to attend a concert at City Winery. We chose this location for the proximity to the venue and because we had our dog also. The staff was very attentive when we needed anything. And we were very surprised about the rooftop bar. If you know you know 😉. Had a good meal and drinks at The Marsh House. Will definitely be back.

My overall experience was incredible. I am not over exaggerating at all. This boutique luxury Hyatt property was just wonderful. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We stayed there as well as held our meetings there and the banquet staff was great as well. We could not have asked for better accommodations while in Nashville.

Everything from valet to check in, restaurant quality and goodness, our room, room service, checkout, is a solid 10!!! We travel all Over the world and this is on our list at the very top! Thank you!

My favourite Thompson Hotel in the chain! This hotel is simply magnificent. From warm greetings at Valet and again at the front desk… the entire experience was awesome…. Albeit too short! The room was beautiful. The property is simply stunning. I took photos of so many things I wanted to inspire my next remodel!! Inspiration greeted me around every corner! I loved the ‘water bar’ on each floor that offered chilled sparking and still waters ‘on tap’ along with ice!! Such a great amenity!! Comfort? Perfect. Although an early riser, this bed made it tough. It was so perfect! The bathroom was huge, and one of the best hotel experiences ever! Amenities, water pressure, were all spot on! The gym was great. The hotel location is probably the best of Nashville!! The Gulch provides incredible retail and dining options right outside your door! I was so amazed at what the neighborhood offered. Forget the bars along touristy ‘Broadway’ and enjoy a much elevated experience in the Gulch! One of the best dining experiences is right in the hotel lobby! Wow! Breakfast was probably the best of any Hyatt that I can think of! I’ve been to a few! ;) Bravo Thompson!! I can’t wait to return!! J

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. No pool but the roof top bar at night makes it all worth staying and their food is one point. Very boutique feel and would highly recommend. Great for business events too which was the reason for my stay.
