Wonderful
Everything from start to finish here was awesome! Staff, food, drinks and room was wonderful! It’s a bit of a walk to Broadway but the peace and quiet was priceless and just a 5 minute UBER or Lyft away!

Refined experience
Refined luxury hospitality product. Room and hotel were excellent—clean, intentional, boutique feel throughout. Service was even better. Naveed at the front desk… all-time great. Little details stood out—like the sparkling water tap in the hallway and glass containers in the room. Simple, thoughtful touches that make a difference instead of pushing overpriced bottled water. Can’t recommend this place enough.

No fridge and no microwave in room
Hotel was cleaned and nice, very helpful from concierge to doorman. The only one we do not like is no fridge and no microwave in rooms so beware of that. Overall nice property

We all had a wonderful time
The Thompson Nashville has a Boutique feel, large comfortable rooms, a great bed, excellent breakfast facilities and a fabulous rooftop bar. The location is great easily walkable to many restaurants and bars, as well as shopping. a pleasant 3 or 4 block walk to Broadway . Hotel was quiet, except in the lobby in the morning, mostly do to the popular coffee shop. The place was clean and well maintained with excellent service. I think is a great value for the money.
