Great hotel, especially Kaveed at the reception made our stay with his advice on how to fix our bookings.

Super cute spot. Decorated very well head to toe. Everyone working there that we encountered was very helpful. Room was great, we upgraded to the corner and it was a good size room. Very roomy.

I cannot possibly give a lower rating for this situation that I just experienced. After spending $1300 on a three night stay, I realized upon departure that I had left medication and two passports in the safe. When I called and let them know the same day, they informed me that the new occupants had checked in, and there was nothing they could do to get into the room, despite the fact that the housekeeping was supposed to have checked the safe before allowing them in. It took me an hour on the phone and nothing was done. I had to arrive in person and then even then there was no explanation or apology given other than we don’t know why this happened. They transferred menace and forth to several people and then finally back to the front desk where they said “well we weren’t the ones who left it behind.”

I love the atmosphere and the front desk staff was delightful. Killbrew coffee was delish and super convenient and the hotel signature scent was also top notch! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing. The area beautiful. Hotel staff was so nice and accommodating. We spent our anniversary there and they sent us a sweet note and complimentary chocolates and water. 10/10 will come back . Bring our fur baby next time the gulch is so pet friendly.
