Excellent service. Special shout out to Grayson for going over and beyond seamlessly getting me where I needed to go. Thank you to Tyler, Shallene, Cora, Lexie, Andrea, Rosaline, Zach, Paris, Jack and the entire team for ensuring I was comfortable and taken care of right down to my peculiar requests! I was welcomed with an unexpected suite upgrade and amenities. Andrea read the notes and set up room up just right. Hiccups were quickly and efficiently resolved. Got my schedule mixed up and arrived at 3:30 PM the day after my scheduled check-in and our room wasn’t ready. How is the room not ready if I was already supposed to be in it? Also couldn’t get late check out and the explanation has to do with them being out of complimentary late check outs so I’d have to pay half a night’s rate to change checkout to 3 PM. Lady on the front desk phone was a tad snooty when I called down for an ironing board. Other than that stuff it was great. Awesome look and feel, and the room was a very comfortable and nice space. Good area too.

My partner and I had our labor day vacation in TN. As globalist, our room was upgraded to a suite. Bed was comfortable, we had our best sleep in nashville and felt recharged in the next morning. Our dining experience was also pleasant. Food was delicious, steak and eggs were phenomenal. The reception lady Mrs. Sun was also friendly and hospitable, she recommended us a lot of good places in nashville. Highly recommend this hotel in nashville!
