Thompson Nashville

Our Concierge, Meagan, at The Thompson Hotel in The Gulch, recommended the best Spanish Tapas restaurant in Nashville! That meal at the Iberian Pig, set the tone and gave us a great start to our vacay! We will never forget that meal. Meagan also gave us a great itinerary for the rest of our stay. We had so much fun!!!! We will be back!

We were stuck here during the Nashville ice storm and the staff made us feel at home. We are local to Nashville and have always loved this hotel; however, the service they provided during the storm was unmatched. The Thompson is hands down the best hotel in Nashville. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you stayed elsewhere.

We escaped to the Thompson when a snowstorm blew through the city and we lost power and heat. The Thompson was wonderful. Great responsiveness, a sunny attitude and the room itself was just what we needed.

Globalist here stayed at the Thompson in Nashville for MLK weekend on a points stay using a Suite Upgrade Award. The room and hotel were fantastic, located at the Gulch with plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. The hotel itself hosts the rooftop bar which is apparently a very sought after bar in this area with lines outside the hotel, however as a hotel guest you get easy access to the rooftop bar. Valet parking only but free for a Globalist with a points stay. I booked a Thompson Suite using the Suite Upgrade Award but was further upgraded to an Executive Suite when I tried to check in early and they didn't have my booked room available. Greatly appreciate the effort they put in to make my stay truly comfortable and unforgettable. I was also staying with a friend that I haven't seen for a long time and they took care of their room as well using my Guest of Honor certificate. The room is fantastic and the front desk and housekeep were top notch! Shout out to Nikola from the front desk for truly making our little reunion stay that much more special! The valet team were very good as well, especially Diego! One of the best Hyatt's I have stayed in hands down. This is easily one of my top 3 of Hyatt's so far. I will recommend this hotel to everyone going to Nashville!

We booked our most recent stay at the Thompson through the American Express program with Fine Hotels and Resorts, and we had an amazing experience that was elevated with the various perks of the FHR program. Everyone we interacted with during our stay was amazing to a person. The valet team, Kavid at the front desk, and the staff at L.A. Jackson and Marsh House were all so friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and have a great experience. Kiri also helped us with a few items pre-arrival that were also appreciated. Our room was upgraded, and we appreciated the effort that was put into the design, decorating, and function of our room. We took advantage of the record player and vintage country album selection in the room. It was nice to look out at the light snow falling while sitting in our warm room listening to classic country songs. The hotel had also decorated for Christmas, which included a live tree in the lobby that looked glamourous. We also enjoyed the views and vibe at L.A. Jackson where we had dinner and drinks. They have a great selection of craft cocktails and beer, and our glitter chicken was very tasty. Wrapping up our stay with brunch at Marsh House is always a treat. They have a great menu, and their offerings are delicious. We have been to Marsh House several times, and we have always had a great experience.
