Thompson Nashville

What an awesome experience! My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Nashville, and since we had a former great experience at the Nashville Thompson, we booked again. We were not disappointed! All of the staff is so outgoing and kind. The front desk check in was terrific. A huge thank you to Kaveed for arranging for us to be in a wonderful corner king. He went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect for us during our visit. Also, thank you to the housekeeping staff- Two mentions are Stephany and Roxana! Our room sparkled each day! The Nashville Thompson is a special hotel with a lot of happy positive energy. We will definitely return for another visit.

Kavid and the entire staff provided some of the best hospitality I’ve ever enjoyed. They made my stay pleasant, expressed interest in my experience, and went above and beyond to handle my requests. 10/10 highly recommend.

Top notch stay in every way. Room was great, service was great, food and drinks were really great. Breakfast, lunch, drinks, consistently tasty with solid service. Highlight of the stay though was undoubtedly Kaveed at the front desk. We had some confusion with our booking, and Kaveed handled it with customer service that went far over and above what would be expected. As long as the Thompson has people like Kaveed, this is our hotel in Nashville (actually already have another stay booked)...

Great, quick 1 night stay. Complimentary champagne at check in and drink voucher is a nice touch with the added Amex Platinum perks. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service during check in. Valet service is great and also chargeable to the room and falls under the Amex Platinum credit. Room service was delivered within 30 min during peak brunch hours, which i think is awesome. Great stay.

I'm still expecting a refund for my incidentals. Would you charge me one fifty a night for. The staff couldn't have been more unhelpful, nor more rude. I would never say at another Thompson. Hotel ever?
