Hotel not Resort
My wife and I tried the Virgin Hotel Nashville for a weekend. At $400+ a night, nothing stands out. The front entrance has no automatic doors—you open them yourself with luggage while valet and staff are missing. Check-in staff were poorly trained and never explained key details. Pool access required wristbands we were never given, forcing long elevator trips back to an understaffed front desk. Chase Travel F&B vouchers were initially refused at checkout; after I produced the printed confirmation they applied them—then added an amenity charge that erased the credit. This is a hotel, not a resort. Virgin’s name delivers hype without substance.

AMAZING experience from start to finish.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Virgin Hotel Nashville. Excellent location and easily accessible to all that Nas like offers. Very helpful staff at every turn especially our bellman, Dustin. The fried chicken, mashed potatoes and carrots are absolutely AMAZING as well as our server, Carmen. Enjoyed our free cocktail at the bar every evening and slept soundly as the beds and pillows are very, very comfortable. Will definitely return!

Great Experience and Stay
The hotel is clean and located in a great spot; either a short drive or walk to anything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating (shout out to Lennon, Tyler and Dustin) and are quick to offer help, suggestions, or anything else you might need. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else considering.

Amazing Happy Hour
I had the oysters and white wine, during happy hour. Nick was our server and he helped make the experience a 10 out of 10! Great service, fresh oysters, delicious wine… I will be back.

Another great Virgin Hotel!!
Great modern hotel in the heart of things in downtown Nashville. There are so many entertainment options within a block or two. A great home base while in Nashville.
