Best hotel and vast in Nashville
William at the Valet was very helpful and fun to talk to . I left my wallet somewhere and he was more than happy to he lay for my ride to go get it.

Great vibes and service
Great location and great service. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nashville and not wanting to stay in downtown/Broadway area

Good and bad
The staff and service was top-notch. My only complaint is you can’t turn the air-conditioning on to a low temperature (hotel rules), so it was terribly hot all night. Sadly, it makes it too uncomfortable, and I won’t be able to return.

Fun time and great service
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is a little far from Broadway but we had a great time and fantastic service! They really have a nice hotel.

Enjoyed business and leisure while staying here!
Loved the location. The room was comfortable and spacious (Chamber King). Everything was clean and well maintained in the rooms and hotel overall. Maybe a little more expensive than I would prefer for what It is, but a nice place to stay. All of the service staff were prompt and helpful, very kind. I enjoyed the pool and gym, but mostly jogging up Music Row to Belmont mansion and back each morning!
