To top it all off, our waitress, Polly, amped up the experience with her frivolity and laughter. The experience was a sparkling holiday event. This is the cutest pop up Christmas bar ever!!! You have to see the best team Polly, Lexi, and Brooke. Best service and best bartenders and the DJ Rod is amazing!

Very kind and helpful crew. We went shopping and had lots of luggage and bags. Organized truck to make all of our items to fit.

In room phone to reach anybody at hotel did not work. Using the TV screen to place an in room service order also said “try again later” and never worked.. calling the hotels mainline from cell phone eventually got through to a person after 30 minutes of following prompts. but just very frustrating.
