my experience was fabulous from teh check in, dining, to the amazing drinks. Speical shout out to Chad the bartender for the amazing Espresso Martini and Dino at valet.

The location is great if you want a break from Broadway. Unfortunately, the service and quality is abysmal. Our room didn't have a door on the bathroom - instead they tried to put a tension rod and a shower curtain that didn't even hit the floor. Of course, water went everywhere after a shower. Oh, and the toilet is also in this joined space so yea, gross. The people working at the Common Club were awful. They sat us and didn't ever take an order or bring a drink. We waited and eventually just left because they were all arguing with each other and we knew we wouldn't get food any time soon. Management was not able to assist in any way. They were clearly overwhelmed and undertrained. You can do much better for the money in Nashville.

Outstanding hospitality from start of our meeting until the end. Alyssa and Samah delivered impeccable service that ensured the success of our meeting.

The bad I was overcharged. I reviewed my bill after checkout and the front desk couldn't make sense of the charges. Claimed I had dinner at the pool bar when I only had 2 drinks. They claimed my dinner was around $80 when the drinks were around 30. Be careful when checking out. They also wouldn't honor the hello neighbor offering they have on their page and still charged me $200 for valet service(which was pretty bad.) Called for my car as I was finishing breakfast one morning only to wait over 45 mins. Had to approach one of the men working who immediately got defensive and tried to throw the blame on his coworker until I pointed out he had my keys on his belt. If I hadn't approached him I might still be waiting for my car. Toilet had a small leak. The mini bar looked like a poorly stocked dollar store aisle. Restaurants were ok but don't expect variety. If you need breakfast go to the bar the cafe next to it also offers to take your order but expect to wait a while at least I did. The good Lighting is cool. Bed was comfortable. The common areas and the gym were cool. The rooftop has an amazing view and is worth hanging out at. Overall I booked this for the experience but I feel like I paid highend hotel pricing for a motel 8 experience

We stayed at Nashville location near the Gulch. Walkable to most areas. The atmosphere was fun, cozy, & stylish. Room set up was fantastic with a separate room for the toilet and shower! The rooftop pool was beautiful! Clean rooms with well thought out design & functionality. Because we were very near the elevators our room was noisy from the clicking & clacking of the elevators all day & night.
