Customer Service Is Great
The people who work at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Dustin is probably the best bellhop ever. Really, the best staff ever!

A great relaxed vibe with excellent service and comfortable rooms.
Everything about my stay at the hotel was exactly as I had hoped it would be. A warm, friendly and relaxed vibe amongst the staff and the customers and a comfortable room. I ate in the bar a couple of times and the food was excellent, in fact I so enjoyed my Tuna Poke bowl that I ordered it again the second time I ate there. I had 2 days at a conference and 3 of leisure. I walked everywhere and although The Virgin is not in downtown it is an easy walk to all the Central Areas, and not that far to the Farmer's Market or East Nashville. With luck I shall be back next year and would not consider going anywhere else. Also, if you want an old school laid back HonkyTonk within 5 or 6 minutes walk try Bobby's Idle Hour.

We Would Come Back!
Really great stay! We did not want to be close to Broadway, but stiil be downtown. This was a good location. Staff was wonderful and we went to the rooftop bar every night of our stay

First Class Visit to Nashville
Attended a conference, and for the second time in three years held it at this great hotel. Great location, perfect facility. And the service was better than great. Shoutout to Selma and Dustin, both who did all they could to accommodate our large group. Thanks. We'll be back.
