I must say the Valet was Spot on. Zhian and Rob was Surpb. I love the pool area and the energy this facility give. From the Moment of pulling up to exiting my vehicle the young men was VERY pleasant. You just don't get that much these days and or is very hard to find.

Great experience for our law firm conference for our young attorneys. Friendly and competent team, excellent food (especially the fried chicken at breakfast), fun atmosphere. If we host the event in Nashville again in the future, we will return.

At our visit to Nashville we stayed at Virgin Hotels Nashville where I will stay again on my next visit. The hotel staff were super friendly: we mostly dealt with Dustin and Greg who provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was gorgeous, clean, had comfortable beds, each room had large rainfall shower with a separate handheld shower head. The food in the hotel restaurant and the drinks at the bar were delicious. There is a pool table at the bar. The hotel has two bars downstairs and a rooftop bar (14th floor) at the pool area (both with indoor and outdoor seating). There are cabanas and fire pits in the pool area. The pool was heated. On the weekends there was live music in the hotel. Once every three weeks on a Sunday there is a show in the hotel: we were lucky to arrive on that day. The hotel is a 25 minutes walk to the strip where all the action is and it’s about $7 to uber. Dustin arranged a pickup ride for us to the airport in a large luxury vehicle which was much less than we paid to uber to the hotel. People of Nashville were so nice. We all tried Prince’s Hot Chicken and we did not like it. The Hop on and Hop Off Bus Tour was worthy. I suggest to go early in the morning, complete a circle then decide where to come off 1st. Each bus driver educates differently and it’s good to listen to different drivers. There are many musts in Nashville, prioritize your list to fit in your schedule.

College reunion girls trip to Nashville. Only stayed at Virgin 1 night before the rest of the girls arrived. What an amazing stay!! We were upgraded to Richard’s Flat because we needed 2 beds and hotel was sold out. It was fantastic, we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed the rooftop pool deck, the restaurant downstairs, walked to Music Row and heard great up and coming artists. Sara and Jason were great and suggested places to go nearby. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic property. Love the vibe, service and brand. First time stay but not the last. Beds were super comfy, design of rooms and property so cool. Staff was pleasant and food very tasty. Pillows also comfy. Slept very well! Thank you. Keep up the great work!
