The hotel was beautiful, the people were amazing and the stay was overall incredible! Jonathan (bellhop) and Will (valet) were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at the Virgin Hotel. While the hotel itself is stunning, the staff is what makes it shine. Jonathan and Dustin went above and beyond to take care of us—they were friendly, professional, and just great guys to chat with. The rooftop pool area is a 10/10. It’s the perfect spot to spend an afternoon if you want great music, high-quality cocktails, and a solid food menu. The atmosphere is unbeatable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-energy, high-service stay in Nashville.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Extremely friendly staff, especially Jonathan the bellman. He was always available for assistance and in such a friendly mood at all times making us feel right at home.

Great Nashville Hotel!!
Had a great experience at this hotel! Rooftop bar and pool was awesome, very clean and modern! Kita was so excellent at brunch as they were short staffed that morning and she was doing it all!!
