My stay at the Virgin Hotel in Nashville was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. However, I have to give a special spotlight to Greg. He truly embodies what outstanding hospitality looks like. It's easy to see that he genuinely loves what he does, and that passion shines through in every interaction. His positive energy and bright personality were contagious, making every guest feel seen and valued. What impressed me most was his ability to multitask effortlessly while never missing a beat. Whether he was assisting multiple guests, answering questions, or ensuring everything was running smoothly, he remained calm, attentive, and genuinely engaged. Despite how busy he was, he made every interaction feel personal rather than rushed. Greg wasn't just doing his job—he was creating memorable experiences. Every detail felt thoughtful, professional, and personal. A special thank-you for the rock star move of upgrading my wife and me to a suite as a gift for our anniversary stay. That gesture meant a great deal to us and made the weekend even more memorable. This was our second anniversary stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville, and because of the experience, the service, and the way the hotel continues to treat us, we plan to make this an annual tradition. I stayed this month in two different days, both stays just for one night. I was very impressed about my first stay for the looks of the room, the room and bathroom are big. Over all it was a good experience. I did noticed dust bunnies on the floor and under the vanity. The second time I was given a smaller room; the room was disgusting dirty. The carpet under the bed had multiple stains, the floor was dusty, the bath room was missing the door and instead of a door it had a cheap curtain and rod. the door frame was dirty with smeared marks. The vent inside the bathroom/shower had constant air blowing that was loud. I had to cover the vent and close the barn door that divides between the bed room and bathroom to be able to sleep. The barn door keeps creeping slide open, it would not hold closed. The shower handle was loose and was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The floor around the vanity and the vanity had female hairs all over. The Bed sheets were not tucked in nice, they looked half folded bunched up and covered with the comforter. Also, on my first stay there was shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash lotion. The second time I stayed, there was only shampoo.

Positives: - fun vibe - friendly staff - clean fitness room - spacious room Opportunities: - Room was not clean. Surfaces had not been wiped down (eg, desk and bathroom counter both had visible water spots, etc.) - noise level in the evening was unbearable. Either construction or dumpsters nearby all night; motorbikes going up and down the road. Very tough to sleep
