What a great hotel and great experience! If you have dogs, bring them on they love dogs here! And make sure you stop by the queen of the mimosa, Kita, and say thank you! We'll be back in November.

The stay was Amazing, the hotel, the staff, the people, the City everything. First and foremost most the I want thank the front staff Kennedy, Bianca J. Greg and Austin for their excellent professionalism and attention to detail. Bianca J.and Kennedy went above and beyond to make my stay one to remember and one that I will definitely be doing again in the near future. My wife, puppy and I stayed here for an early-week getaway to experience Nashville. I have to say that the hotel had the perfect vibe for us. The hotel was especially accommodating for us having a dog and they even brought dog bowls and a big dog bed without us having to ask. The staff going the extra mile seems to be just standard marching orders at this hotel…it’s honestly a breath of fresh air to experience these days. The decor is edgy/modern/professional which was very inviting and appealing for us. But what stood out the most was Kate who works at the rooftop pool bar. She was extremely professional, fun and accommodating to our needs. She owns and exceeds at the job role and needs a promotion ASAP! But in summary, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nashville…it very well might be the catalyst that converts us to only traveling through the Virgin suite.

The atmosphere was amazing and Camron was the sweetest and gave us good suggestions on where to go and has the best personality there and one of the only employees that came up to us and made sure that we were having a nice stay and everything

Hela was very helpful and accommodating. The entire experience was memorable. All of the staff was warm and friendly.
