I had an outstanding experience with the valet service at Virgin Hotels! DJ and Will truly went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and welcoming arrival. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. It made my visit so much more pleasant and stress free

I absolutely wanted to give this 5 starts as from the second I walked in I loved it!! So let’s start on the positive AMAZING warm welcome from the check in staff and our room was ready even though we were early which was a bonus after a drive from Memphis. The room WOW!! Amazing and spacious with a fabulous dressing area the bed was LUSH! It was huge and comfy. The rooftop was lovely, we had lunch and a drink up there and headed off out to explore Nashville. The hotel is at the bottom of broadway and so it’s so quiet but music row and the gulch are all within easy walking reach. We had a drink at the downstairs bar one evening but couldn’t sit outside as it was a private event which was annoying. So we drank and left and went out. Ok negative! Housekeeping let this down MASSIVELY! We left our light green for cleaning and the room was missed out this was the first day, I was not happy when we returned at 11pm at night to find nothing done. We let reception know the next morning. We returned that night to find they took all our towels except one and didn’t replace them. Absolutely frustrating we told reception again! The next day they replaced towels but didn’t not clean the room, we know because the bathroom Matt was on the floor. The bins hadn’t been emptied for 3 days and there were marks on the sink for 3 days! Upon check I discussed all this with the lady on reception! I absolutely wanted to give it 5 stars the housekeeping just so let this place down! I would stay again for sure as the hotel is in a fantastic location. We didn’t use the pool while there but it looked fab!

Sophia at the rooftop bar was absolutely amazing. She made the celebration for my daughters birthday one that she will never forget.

Polly and Ashley were such sweethearts and made amazing cocktails while giving us a good history of the bar and solid recommendations around the city. The artwork in here is cool and historic and the vibes are immaculate! Huge recommendation from this Detroiter.
