Fantastic Perks!
Great hotel. Loved the complimentary $100 of spending and $30 per person on breakfast. We felt like we really got the best value for where we were staying and it felt luxurious.

Great experience during the storm.
We were fortunate to stay here during the Nashville ice storm, and we are so grateful to have grabbed a room. The staff was incredible and helped alleviate stress during an uncertain time. I was there with my kids and my dog, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for great service.

Not just a hotel, they are good neighbors
To All Staff, This goes out to all the staff at Virgin Hotel in Nashville during a week of trying times of being without power; which felt like FOREVER. Came to the hotel totally depleted and you embraced my three generations of family and our 4 dogs. You ALL made us feel like your family. I say this for everyone I encountered in my week stay. The world outside was so unpredictable, but ALL OF YOU made us feel safe and it brought such comfort to so many. From the cool headed receptionist, to the bartenders and wait staff, valet, and most memorable to our most gracious host in RED. We love and thank all of you for being there for us with open arms. The hotel staff and amenities were fantastic. Great location and very walkable. Our experience with the valet staff specifically was first class. D’rell and Dustin were awesome.
