Waters before Ubers? YES 🙌
Gus and Layla were awesome. Ever been somewhere where they offer a water every time you get in a car- even Ubers! Like not notch. Thanks W team.

Great hospitality
My girlfriends and I got a day pass to hang by the pool while we waited for our air bnb check in. From the minute we pulled up til the time we left was an excellent experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Kai at valet was so sweet and excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here in general! Southern hospitality at its finest at this establishment.

Amazing time
Did the resort day pass and hung by the pool for the day and the staff was wonderful and attentive! Kai from the vallet also was amazing!

Great location
Very Well located hotel (walk to iconic bluegrass club Station Inn). Rooms up to W expectation ! Pool is in a windtunnel unfortunately, so only attractive on the perfect sunny still day. Hotel therefor lacks poolside vibe altogether. Great front office/check-in staff!! Be aware of an unannounced destination charge of $40+ per day which they sneak in on your CC after sending your zero balance bill folio on checkout…not cool !!
