I can’t breathe
W hotel…. WHY ruin such a good thing?? Your facility is amazing, location great, restaurants incredible. BUT THE SMELL??! Why do you have to pump in such an abundance of repulsive chemicals into the air that literally makes me gag?? It’s just awful. So what would have otherwise been a 5 star review is actually more like a two because of this terrible smell. Thank goodness it’s freezing here so I have a scarf around my neck that I can bury my face in. Please, at least reduce the intensity. I can actually see the puff come out of the vents in the hallway of floor 7.
