I just want to take a moment to highlight how amazing Telvin is at his job. He is truly one of the best valet attendants I’ve ever encountered. What really stands out about Telvin is his attitude he was always polite, quick to help, and goes out of his way to make the experience smooth.

Stay at the W was exceptional! Check in was smooth, grounds and room were super comfortable! Valet Ryan and Johnathan was extremely helpful on check out when my battery was dead! Ryan took the time to help charge my battery to get me back on the road home! Thankful for the team here.
