Had a fantastic stay at the W in Nashville! The highlight was the exceptional service from Telvin and Deaundre. Both were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism and positive energy truly elevated the entire experience. Big thanks to them for making the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Quality, not luxury

Beautiful hotel but not a luxury hotel for the price. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed and relaxing shower but we could hear other rooms from above and next door. This was the first hotel I’ve experienced hearing the neighbors. We went down for breakfast around 9am and the only thing offered was the buffet ($38/person) The food was cold, stale and lack luster. For the price I would expect much better quality. Valet service was fast. The staff was friendly and accommodating, gifting us a bottle of wine for the occasion we were celebrating and didn’t hesitate to give us a late check out time. We picked the W to stay somewhere new and for the location but as much as we enjoyed our time, I would be more inclined to stay at the JW considering the prices are pretty much the same but the quality is astronomically higher.
