Great Service!
Stayed at the W hotel on a business trip. parking in the city is rough but thanks to lance and the rest of the valet team parking experience a breeze.

Service that’s stands out!
Just stopped by for a cup of coffee at Barista Parlor and I was greeted out front with a big smile by the name of Derion Haynes. He’s amazing at what he does and knows all about the city of Nashville. If you need any recommendations about food options, this is the guy that you need to go to no matter what hotel you’re at. He will steer you in the right direction. Thanks for the amazing service can't wait to stay at the W Hotel!

Amazing service!!!
Just stopped by for a coffee and the service provided by the staff here is exceptional. Upon arrival, Derion Haynes greeted me with a warm smile and kindly allowed me to quickly grab a cup of coffee. He is a very pleasant individual and truly embodies the hotel's commitment to excellent customer service.
