Reviews for W Nashville

Wedding weekend at the W Nashville.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Wonderful visit to the W Nashville Hotel. Top-notch experience. The outdoor pool / bar and adjacent exercise facility were wonderful. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and excellent cocktails. The lobby bar and coffee bar were both outstanding. We had live music in the lobby. The boutique had some terrific items. We made a couple of purchases. The main restaurant hosted us for a rehearsal dinner as well as a Sunday brunch. The valets were very helpful taking care of the car as we came and went for the weekend. We had a large group of family for a wedding. Would highly recommend. We are planning to use the W Nashville again when we return.

Great location, not a luxury hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Great location and cool hotel. Nothing luxury about this property. Year round pool not open, noisy rooms, restaurant food was simply bad, rooftop had private party and not open until 4pm on other day, nowhere to get snacks or essentials, no concierge to assist us navigate a new town and staff looked miserable throughout the hotel. The lack of energy was palpable. We ended up spending a good bit of time at the Thompson Hotel next door for meals, rooftop bar and great service. Night and day vibe, but in same neighborhood. Nashville was a fun town and we look forward to our next visit.

Do not stay here

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Garbage hotel. Poor management. Do not stay here. I am a lifetime Platinum Elite. Have stayed here many times over the last couple years. I arrive just before 10pm and am informed my room is not available. Smug desk person says he tried to call me - when I was in a car from the airport that came thru as spam. Tried to put me up in a horrible hotel on West End. Clown show. Never staying there again. You ain't all that W Nashville so time to get a grip

Antron the G

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Antron was so kind and had a fun personality!! He searched HIGH AND LOW for my daughter’s phone! Since he was unable to locate it he brought up my car to the front so that I could look myself- which I also didn’t find! It was the gesture that made it all okay! 👌! He didn’t seem annoyed, and laughed alongside with me with what could have been a stressful situation!

Mars is awesome!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We came to Nashville to support a friend after his mom passed, and Mars (like the planet) at the W Hotel truly made a hard trip feel lighter. His kindness, attention, and above-and-beyond service brought comfort during a tough time. He’s a rare gem—someone who turns hospitality into healing.
