Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

We stayed at the Reserve at Grand Hyatt. No waiting at check in. Room was clean. Starbucks was nearby but we never stopped by because of the compliment breakfast/snack/evening wine was great. They have all kind of drinks (Coke, Juices, Water, coffee, Expresso machine) all day long. Very convenient and save us ton of money. Beat Atlantis Island hotels.

Our trip to BahaMar was absolutely exceptional, and the outstanding service from so many team members made it even more memorable. Starting at the front desk, Whitney and TiVoiya were both wonderful. Whitney was especially helpful during check-in, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. On our departure day, both Whitney and TiVoiya once again went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and ensuring everything was seamless. A special thank you to Sannie, our housekeeper, who was always punctual, efficient, and pleasant each time our room was serviced. Her consistency and warm attitude were truly appreciated. Carol, one of the beach attendants in front of the Marcus Restaurant, was incredibly kind and pleasant, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of our beach days. Deena and LeeAnn at the entrance of the waterpark were exceptional right after we checked in. Their friendliness and helpfulness immediately set the tone for a fun and enjoyable experience. They have the best smiles! Ashanti, our server at Stix, was super attentive and made our dining experience wonderful. She also had an inviting smile. Lastly, although I unfortunately do not remember his name, I would also like to recognize the gentleman who served us at Table 35 during our gala on Friday night. He was so pleasant and provided excellent service throughout the evening. Every one of these individuals helped make our stay unforgettable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly reflect a first-class resort experience. We cannot wait to return! My only recommendation is when I'm visiting the Caribbean nothing makes it feel more Caribbean than the Caribbean music.... there was none! That is the missing piece of the puzzle. We got our fix at a restaurant in the airport on our departure.

Baha Mar is a must visit! I’ve been to the Bahamas a couple times before, And I have never experienced such quality service as I did on this vacation. The entire staff is incredible, And every single person we met during our stay was kind and helpful. The food and drinks are great, the facilities are beautiful, and the rooms are perfect. So much to do and see, I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful resort but the costumer service ( the worst experience ) ,drinks and food look like Motel 8.

We had a fantastic time! The staff was so hospitable and of course the hotel was incredible from the room to the amenities and all the fun activities! We will definitely come back! Special shout to Don who went above and beyond to look after us.
