Great trip
Great hotel and great service. Staff is very friendly. Special thank you to Samantha who works at the palms. She always checked in on us to make sure everything is good she offered my family 10/10 service. I don’t think the hayat team knows what type of gem they have by having her on their team I will definitely be back to baha mar real soon

Bellmen Luke and Davon exceptional
Luke and Davon were exceptional. Exactly who I would want to welcome my family on this beautiful vacation. They were not only helpful and attentive but extremely friendly and personable. They even got my infant a Baha Mar toy as we were leaving as a memory of our trip! So important to have people with their positive and welcoming energy as the face of the resort!

Pay These Workers
Enough is enough. These two boys told me that they are fed up with how management at Baha Mar has been treating employees. We are being asked to do the work of two people while only being paid for one job. Valet compensation has not been handled fairly, and trying to “buy us off” with food and other small gestures does not fix the real issue. Respect does not come in the form of leftovers — it comes in fair pay. We want our valet money, Graeme. Baha Mar is more than capable of paying employees correctly. It’s time to do right by your workers.

Right from the beginning our trip was awesome. Ebony H at the front guest was a ray of sunshine. She was friendly and we immediately bonded. Helped us get familiar with the resort and made us feel right at home. We will be coming back.
