We really enjoyed our stay at Baha Mar Grant Hyatt, due to the beautiful property and enjoying time with our travel companions. We had a number of customer service struggles at the Grant Hyatt in our one bedroom suite which left us a bit underwhelmed and disappointed (delayed check-in, no arrival of linens our first night for our kids' pull out couch causing them to need to stay up three hours later than normal and us running around the hotel trying to find someone to help us, dinner reservation mix-ups, room service breakfasts never arriving yet still being charged, room not cleaned, front desk not picking up the phone to address issues, etc.). I would like to note we travelled with a large group, and none of our travel companions had these same struggles. It seems our experience was unique. This being said, we do hope to return and perhaps next time will try out SLS or Rosewood.

Absolutely great trip for family spring break. Stayed at the GH Reserve…unique service is you get a personal concierge/butler for your entire stay. We primarily had a gentleman named DeCarlo. He was a joy to be around, was very informative, a true professional and overall good guy. My family has not stopped talking about him… The facilities were clean and well kept and the sheer number of things onsite made you never need to leave. Great vacation and well worth it.

Very nice property, but everything at Baha Mar is very expensive. Be prepared to spend more on food and drinks than what you paid for the room. Bth of our kids ate for free (under 5) and we still spent $400-500 a day on food and drinks. Avoid the Regatta breakfast buffet, it is overpriced ($50 a person) and hardly better than Denny's.

The property is beautiful, the service is horrible even for island vacations. You will not find a server or a staff member that smiles, RBF is the normal. You wait for everything whether it is to order, receive your order or wait for your check to be brought. The pool area is nice, but don’t expect to get a chair unless you pay another $200 a day minimum, everything is an additional cost.

Excellent service and amenities. Pricey but an amazing property to enjoy Nassau…Taxi service was excellent, very reasonable fare to visit the bridge & Arawak Cay eateries.
