Baha Mar Summerfield trip
Hotel was great {rooms and food}. Casino is clean and non smoking but the slots are below expectations and need updating. The big problem for us with casino is they do not allow you to touch your cards on any of the card tables and turn your cards over for you. This takes the fun and excitement out of the gaming experience. Because of this I will not return to Baha Mar.

Beyond our Expectations
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt… from start to finish the experience was amazing… transportation, hotel room, pools, beaches, restaurants were beyond our expectations. In particular we enjoyed 2 days at the Elixior pool with a private cabana… our server Antonio was the highlight of our day… service was impeccable… knowledge of the resort, the amenities and the Bahamas made us feel like we had our own private guide. If you go you must ask for Antonio as he was simply the best.

An Amazing Experience at Baha Mar in the Bahamas
This was my first time at the Baha Mar in the Bahamas Even though the trip was business related I was looking forward to time away from the daily grind. Every employee was extremely polite but one in particular, Antonio at the elixir pool always went above and beyond to be certain we had everything we needed for have an amazing experience Because of Antonio. I will be back to the BaHa Mar!
Fantastic service in the Reserve floor by Luther and Hermes. Luther would make us Ice coffee every morning. Both Luther and Hermes took ready great care of my entire family. Resort was beautiful! Rooms were amazing with ocean view.

Baha Mar over all is a great resort. The grounds & resort are very clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable & housekeeping was very nice & accommodating. The water park has some much to offer. But when it comes to the staff members especially outside most of them were very rude. When we would ask a question, they made us feel like we were stupid & bothering them. They didn't even pretend to like their jobs.
