The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas

Great Spring Break trip! We traveled with our two 6yr olds and had a wonderful time here. From the moment they greeted us, it was a fantastic experience. Did the Rose Island boat trip the 2nd day, that was incredible. Otherwise we stayed on campus and experienced everything Ocean Club had to offer. Had a sub par dinner at Dune (60mins to receive entrees), but went back a second time and it was 1000% better. Ocean Blu restaurant was fantastic, great vibe there, great drinks too! NOTE--> use the butler service if you can, Travis was incredible and made our trip over the top awesome. From giving the kids golf cart rides, to setting up my wife's bday balloons/champagne in our room - he went above and beyond.

I recently stayed at The Ocean Club, Four Seasons, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience — a true five-star property in every sense. They are spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and stocked with every amenity you could imagine. The attention to detail ensures both relaxation and luxury, making every moment in the room feel special. The value here is remarkable. Every aspect of the property, service, and experience more than justifies the price, making this stay an investment in pure comfort and indulgence. Pro tip: The rum punch welcome drink is an absolute must — a perfect way to start your stay in paradise! If you’re seeking a flawless five-star experience in the Bahamas, The Ocean Club, Four Seasons is absolutely unmatched. I cannot recommend it highly enough — it exceeded every expectation.

The spa at this property is unique in that it has little to no facilities for relaxation pre or post treatment. My massage was technically very good but not exceptional in any way. I was disappointed with the treatment villa. It was badly in need of maintenance or a full remodel. The changing area was tiny with no place to sit, fixtures like toilet paper holder were broken, shower fixtures seemed broken and I was unable to get hot water ( I gave up) I was surprised at the lack of attention to detail. When I went to settle the fee, the system was down leading to some angst among the staff. Overall, I enjoyed seeing the property and Cloisters but when I visit again I will try another location with modern and more comprehensive facilities.

Definitely not a four season more like a 1 season. Not very happy staff folks . Save your money and go to another island . We travel the world and would definitely never come back . Everything was average at best . Good luck .

In my opinion, Four Seasons Ocean Club is the finest hotel in the area. Its architecture and overall concept truly reflect the local atmosphere. Compared to other hotels in the region, it is a peaceful place where you can truly relax—there is no hustle, noise, or overcrowding. The staff are very professional and helpful, the rooms are spacious, and the restaurant offerings were better and more impressive than I expected. Having a house car service is also a great added touch.
