Worth is once, but most likely won't return.

Checkin was a nightmare. We didn't get the room we paid for until 10:30 at night. No compensation offered for the inconvenience. Paid for a 2 queen ocean view and they tried to give us a room overlooking the parking lot. Also, waterpark had several slides closed the whole time we were there. However, the grounds are immaculate and the beaches are top notch. Staff is amazingly friendly and accomodating. Snorkeling off the beach provided amazing snorkeling. We even saw sea turtles and sting rays. Food is insanely expensive and every activity is insanely expensive, which we knew going in. For the cost of the rooms, you could get an all inclusive deal at other resorts. It was a great once in a lifetime experience for my family, but we will stick to all inclusives at the same cost in the future.

Good experience. Will go back with some changes

Did not enjoy the reef. Bathroom were a bit dirty looking and foyer was smelly from damp wet carpet. Didn't feel comfortable and cozy. Will try Cove next time and see how that is. Paradise beach was the highlight of our trip. Lot of sealife. Beautiful clear water. We only explored the water park one day out of the 4 days we stayed. Rest of the time was on the beach daily. Food wasn't as good as i had hoped. The price for food was outrageous. We paid $150-$350/per meal for 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids). The food wasnt even that tasty. Overall experience was nice. We enjoyed it.

Rude staff and bed bug found

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Staff was not as friendly as I would have hoped for. Seems like everything made them annoyed when we asked for a question or needed some guidance. Lack of staff and long check in and check out lines. Not very kid friendly and found bed bug on our first day walking in our room. Also my daughter got pink eye from the pillows

Sweet and sour experience

Place is beautiful, the resort is a bit outdated, the rooms need some work. but by staying there allows you to go to the other Atlantis. The shuttle takes you, they have good service there. Beach is beautiful, could see different fish around. Staff is not as polite as you think. The resort has a fee that Charges you upon check out, they call it Resort fee, I don’t know what they include with that. In addition, gratuity is add to your room per day. Aquarium is beautiful and the aqua park too. We had an issue with the staff at the beach, they were moving all the chairs and didn’t allow you to stay after 6 PM. Very estrange.
