Reviews for Rosewood Baha Mar

Fell Short for the Expense

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Overall, a beautiful property located on the beach. However for the price, a number of things fell short. 1. Check in process was a nightmare. We got in early and had emailed ahead of time. Still didn’t get into our room until almost 5pm. Many other guests were waiting around with the same experience. 2. Getting reservations was very difficult at the different restaurants. The concierge will not help with this. You can only do it through the website. 3. The food at the restaurants varied a bit. Some were good. Some were not. 4. It is a very crowded / busy place. The Rosewood gives some relief but not much. 5. The venders on the beach will blow into conch shells all day which is a bit annoying. 6. Overall service was spotty. Sometimes friend and quick. Other times slow and not very friendly. 7. Been said before, it is very expensive. For the prices, feels like you have get a better experience somewhere else.

Fantastic and memorable vacation!

Amazing stay at the Rosewood. From the moment Andre greeted us at the airport we knew this would be a fantastic vacation. Wonderful staff and concierge team. Beautiful accommodations and property. Ricarra is the hotel’s MVP. If you’re lucky she will sing for you. She went out of our way to make our trip extra special and understand customer service. Jamel was very patient and accommodating with our flight delays. Can’t wait to return!

Great vacation spot for fun times!!!!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Shanequar and the rest of the staff was on point at all times it was ridiculous can’t wait to go back again. I’ll definitely will be recommending this to all my friends. Our first stop while we were waiting for our room was Manor Bar and Fluffy at the command of the bar was The Man what a great place to start the vacation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

Absolute Paradise

WOW! I was blown away by the service and the views from our room. It was truly paradise from the time we got out of our car to the time we left. Shanequar was very kind to us upon arrival and the butler service was excellent. I loved getting my daily starbucks order delivered directly to the pool! I will be back as soon as I can.

Nice with good service! A little pricey.

Met hostess at the airport while waiting for the hotel’s car service. Very nice first impression! Including the brand new Escalade we were picked up in and very friendly driver. Check-in process was fairly quick. The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The resort is large so it is a long walk to the beach which is a little snug and not 100% level, however there are multiple pools available. Only a few children/families, which I prefer, considering one of the selling points for us was the onsite casino, shared with the Hyatt next door. Shopping is sparse and EXPENSIVE.
