Rosewood Baha Mar

Met hostess at the airport while waiting for the hotel’s car service. Very nice first impression! Including the brand new Escalade we were picked up in and very friendly driver. Check-in process was fairly quick. The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The resort is large so it is a long walk to the beach which is a little snug and not 100% level, however there are multiple pools available. Only a few children/families, which I prefer, considering one of the selling points for us was the onsite casino, shared with the Hyatt next door. Shopping is sparse and EXPENSIVE.

A wonderful property and experience! Joy and Lisset from the sales/events team are a powerhouse and have great attention to detail. The rooms are great and spacious and the food is wonderful! I would highly recommend to anyone traveling for leisure or business.

Rosewood was truly a 5 star experience. I loved everything about it. The room was stunning, the hospitality of Joy, Lisette, and Ovidia was unmatched and Sun Splash was the perfect DMC for our event. They were AMAZING!!

Alert!!!! Unless you book the Penthouse Suite there is no ocean view! The hotel is shaped like a U so every room looks out across at the other wing of rooms. We booked the second best suite in the entire hotel which was listed as a two bedroom “Ocean View” suite only to find that the “Ocean View” could only be seen from the balcony. The service was ok, but not great and we were grouped in with over 2,000 spring breakers as the Baha Mar is attached to two other behemoth hotels one of which has a giant casino. I would NOT go back again unless forced.

She made sure everything was handled on time and made us feel like family! The staff across the board were beyond exceptional—warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to creating a flawless experience. The butlers went above and beyond, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel completely pampered throughout our stay. The casino staff were just as incredible—professional, friendly, and always creating a fun and energetic vibe. Whether it was a quick visit or a longer night out, they made every moment enjoyable. The location is nothing short of spectacular, with turquoise waters, white-sand beaches, and a setting that feels like a tropical dream. And the villa? Pure luxury. Spacious, beautifully designed, and so peaceful. It was the perfect private retreat. If you’re looking for world class hospitality, breathtaking surroundings, and a team that truly goes the extra mile, Rosewood Baha Mar is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!
