Terrible do not stay here. Rooms are bad, food is worse, staff somehow goes even lower. Rather stay at a holiday inn. What an absolute dump

My husband and I had the best experience at SLS Baha Mar for our babymoon. Renisha, the hotel receptionist truly went above and from the moment we arrived, Renisha set a new standard for what true hospitality should feel like. She welcomed us warmly, anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was exceptional. The highlight came when Renisha surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade in honor of our babymoon. It wasn’t just the upgrade itself that impressed us—it was the thoughtfulness and care behind it. This truely made us feel valued. That level of thoughtfulness transformed what would have been a great trip into an unforgettable experience. Throughout our stay, Renisha was consistently professional, proactive, and personable. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines genuine kindness with such skill and efficiency in customer service. Renisha is a true asset to the hotel, and it’s clear she is ready for greater responsibility. I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized with the promotion she undoubtedly deserves. Thanks to Renisha, this property has earned our loyalty, and we will be recommending it to family and friends without hesitation.

Came here for Labor Day weekend with wife and other couples. Didn’t bother telling us that they were planning major construction on our floor or the SLS and when we complained about the sound they cut us off and told us not to complain and there would be no credit or accommodation. Shockingly poor hospitality.

The only way I can describe this hotel is a rip off. From the drinks, to the food, to the resort fee. The only positive was that the rooms were clean and modern. I came here with family after being to other Caribbean islands in the past, and I wouldn’t return. The atmosphere is very stiff and it will bleed your pockets dry. My brother got over charged £2500 on top of his actual spending amount and it took over a month to get it back. Disgusting.

It was an amazing experience! There is a group of hotels, you can use all amenities from all the hotels. Miguel and Dereka were amazing. Miguel at the front desk gave us a really warm welcome! Restaurant foods in the hotel were excellent! All the staff at the resort are so nice, and they are happy to be there! We ate at Cleo, Marcus, and Swimming Pig. Although expensive, the food is top notch. Great flavor!
