Kwintorn was the man! Very attentive, very nice and crushed the service! Would highly recommend booking a chair at Baha Bay Beach Club just for the quality of service and food provided!

Dear Baha Mar Grand Hyatt West Tower and SLS Management, I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the incredible service I received during my stay. The staff at both Baha Mar Grand Hyatt and SLS went above and beyond to make my time here unforgettable. Every team member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and attentive. I was impressed and that’s not normal for me as I have high expectations! It is clear that your team takes immense pride in delivering a true luxury experience, and their hard work did not go unnoticed. I want to particularly appreciate the housekeeping team who serviced rooms 1659 and 1641 during the week August 22 through the 28th. I also want to applaud the services and kind and thoughtful interactions with the staff at the bungalow ice cream and Company, especially Steven and Rose! They are amazing! I hope you take good care of them, because if I were an employer in the Bahamas, I would hire them in a second! I also want to share my gratitude for James at the bungalow bar! He too, delivered, amazing, thoughtful, kind SERVICE and his personality is a bonus! I leave tomorrow, but wish I could stay longer. Kwintorn at 25 north was excellent and made our lunch very experience smooth! He was attentive even while staying busy with multiple guests.

First time visiting the beautiful Bahamas. Stayed at the SLS Baha Mar from August 3-7 with my mom and sister, and we had an incredible time. From check-in with Danielle, who provided excellent customer service (she was very kind, thorough, and helpful!), to Tavary at the front desk, who was happy to answer all my questions with a warm and welcoming smile. Stacey Ann Rolle, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless and was very sweet and thoughtful. Chad, the bartender at Costa, went out of his way to make sure my meal was completely vegan and kept us entertained the whole night. Last but certainly not least, Kentin at Stix and Rashard at Katsuya - please visit these two restaurants! If you’re lucky enough to have them serve you, you're guaranteed a wonderful, 10/10 experience!!!! Both gentlemen delivered exceptional customer service and hospitality that we will never forget. The customer service from Georgina at 25 Degrees North was phenomenal. Plus, the food and drinks were good, and it didn’t take a long time to get them. 10/10
