Amazing
I went to visit Cleo at Baha mar and got to meet the most sweetest person ever our waitress Melissa made our experience 10x even better she was so sweet and patient I would go back just to see Melissa again!

Fabulous!
Beautiful atmosphere! Melissa our server was amazing! Gave fantastic suggestions, the food was incredible and the service was perfect!! I would recommend to all family and friends!

We had a great meal and Mario was an unbelievable server. If you're planning a trip, see if you can request him. Best waiter we had during our trip by far. Attentive, friendly, eager to give recommendations. Well definitely be back.. and we'll definitely request Mario!

Fun in a Mega Resort
Arriving at SLS or Baha Mar can be overwhelming if you have never been to a mega resort in the Caribbean . Upon arrival it’s almost as if you were still in an airport terminal . SLS, Hyatt and Rosewood share the same indoor common area of restaurants, Casino and shops … Checking was relatively easy but the sofa bed was not set up in our suite upon arrival at 8PM and still not set up at 11PM so make sure that you remind hotel before arriving . If you need turn down service you have to request it as it’s not automatic . If you reserved with AMEX SLS is not a participant of fine resorts so late check out is not guaranteed Once you get used to the vast resort you can start enjoying the offerings Beach was great - a little crowded -with many choices for lunch . If you sit towards Marcus there are always beds available later in the morning . The water park is just behind it . Water park was fun with long lines at times . Food at all of the restaurants was good: quality and service once you got seated . Getting reservation at restaurants sometimes challenging and better reserve once you confirm your room reservation . Unfortunate that at some of the restaurants even if they have open tables won’t seat you unless you have a reservation or will only seat you at the bar area . Not sure if they want to make it look exclusive … Breakfast at Cleo always a line even if tables are ready and set inside . Not sure again why guests have to wait so long.

Amazing service all around
Keshia was absolutely wonderful as a hostess! We were originally seated outside but with a young baby and the heat, the Keshia went above and beyond to help us out and find a private room at Carna. Our waitress Kay was also incredibly attentive and wonderful all around. Great food!
