SLS Baha Mar

Sarah was not only professional but very attentive to our needs and asked the right questions as to what we needed to make us happy and comfortable at Baha Mar. She was very patient with us since it was our first time at your resort. We would recommend her very highly to help anyone find the right answers for their needs on their visit. We were very lucky to have her alongside of us to answer all of our questions with such a pleasant demeanor and beautiful smile.

Trendy Miami vibe, Monkey Bar in the lobby is very cool. Marcus the bartender makes great drinks & has a great personality! Super fun time!

The SLS Baha Mar property is beautiful, modern, and very well updated. There is an endless selection of restaurants, shops, and activities to enjoy throughout the property. The pools and beach areas are also beautiful and well maintained. However, I would say the drink service on the beach is lacking. You generally have to walk over to one of the beach bars to get a drink, and depending on the time, the bar may or may not be open for service. The staff at Baha Mar was hit or miss. For the most part, everyone was friendly, but not everyone provided the level of hospitality you would expect from a luxury resort. Kayden at the front desk was especially accommodating and helpful when I experienced a few issues with my room. My sheets were stained, the phone cover was hanging off the wall, and one day we returned from the beach around 4:30 p.m. to find that our room had still not been serviced. Additionally, the hair conditioner was never replenished during our entire stay. I would also recommend improving the entertainment options. It seemed like the DJs in the different areas played much of the same music, so there wasn’t much variety. Overall, would I go back? Absolutely. Despite the few issues I experienced, I really enjoyed the property and everything it has to offer. The difference is that this time, I know the ins and outs of the resort and would be better prepared to make the most of my stay.. Lastly shout out to all our server David at Katsuya, Justin and Bernie at Carna! And Franz at Pizza Lab!!! These guys were great by going the extra mile for my birthday weekend!

OMG our experience from the outside was so charming and professional the Hostess Shamar was a great prelude to the evening and our server Kyle was an amazing addition to the evening being such a delight. I have dine her ma y times but tonight was my fave!!!!
