Just had the best check-in experience with Renisha who was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. We were so grateful for the assistance that she provided and for making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

My wallet was stolen out of my hotel room while I was there. I was in the bedroom of the suite and left my beach bag with my wallet in the living room area and I went into the bedroom when housekeeping was in the room and cleaning the living room. The wallet was there when I came back with my bag and gone when I went to grab it after the cleaning person left. Security claims they are “investigating” but it’s been well over an hour and my wallet has not been returned and they have not reported anything to me. DO NOT STAY HERE. They hire thieves.

I don't even know where to start. Checked into the SLS Baha Mar, walked into my room, and there was actual poop in there. Not a smudge, not a stain — poop. In my room. That I paid for.Told the staff. They could not have cared less. Rude doesn't even cover it — every single person I interacted with acted like I was bothering them by existing there.Oh and good luck enjoying the resort because everything was closed. The only thing open was the kiddie pool. The KIDDIE POOL. Never again. Absolute joke of a hotel.
