Natai Beach Resort & Spa, Phang-Nga

We stayed at the resort on a Luxury escapes package, 4 rooms in total. A family holiday with our adult children and partners and a 4 year old grandchild. There was plenty to do and relaxing and unwinding was the main focus. The kids club was fantastic for the granddaughter. Thank-you Ja and Pas. The dining was excellent, so much choice, great variety and generous servings. The staff were friendly and accomodating, catering for 2 vegans in our group. A shout out to Pimmi for ensuring our little one was comfortable and well looked after. The Khao spa was excellent with top quality massages and relaxation time. Shoutout to Toon, great massage therapist. The garden terraces were excellent and in hindsight should have booked 4 not 2. The 2 balcony rooms lost air conditioning a few days in, and people had to be moved. This was no problems and we were offered a late checkout of 6pm, perfect for our 11pm flight. The resort is beautiful, some of the rooms appear dated but they are constantly working on this. The beach was beautiful and safe enough to swim if you adhered to the weather conditions. The sunsets were different every night and spectacular.

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff. Pat at the front looked after me brilliantly. Wish and his team at the restaurant were wonderful. Great food, big variety and fantastic service.

We booked the holiday via luxury escape. We have very great holiday experiences. The hotel's services and staff are excellent. Special thanks to the hotel manager who managed our extra requests and the hotel driver (Hem) who drove us to the city and local villages. Foods and drinks are fantastic. The location is not far from the airport. The beach is beautiful and peaceful. We also enjoy the trip nearby to Samed Nangshe viewpoint and Bamboo rafting.

We booked the deal via the luxury escape. We have great experiences with hotel's services and surroundings. Staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. Special thanks to the hotel's manager to sort out the extra request and hotel drivers (Hem and others) to drive us to the city are very kind and very supportive. Foods and drinks are fantastic. We have a great holiday there. The hotel location is quiet and peaceful with beautiful beach. The local market is not far, and we enjoy the trips to Samet Nanshe Viewpoint and Bamboo Rafting nearby.

The hotel is quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere. However, during my stay, a tree from the hotel’s property fell onto my car and caused damage. While the staff were initially helpful and assured me they would take care of the matter, the hotel later offered to cover only part of the cost. I was quite disappointed, as the incident occurred within the hotel’s premises and should be under their responsibility. I sincerely hope the management will review this issue and take steps to improve safety and guest care in the future. รีวิวการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนาใต้ บีช รีสอร์ท วันที่ 20–21 กันยายน 2025 มีเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจ และมีความเสียหายด้านทรัพย์สินเกิดขึ้นกับเราค่ะ วันที่เช็กเอาท์ ทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่ารถที่เราจอดไว้ในลานจอด (ซึ่งอยู่ในพื้นที่ของโรงแรมและมีป้ายบอกชัดเจน) ถูกผลของต้นไม้ของทางโรงแรมร่วงใส่กระจกหน้ารถจนเสียหาย ตอนนั้นตกใจมาก แต่เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าจะช่วยดูแลและประสานงานกับบริษัทรถเช่าให้ ก็รู้สึกดีในตอนแรกค่ะ แต่กลับปัจจุบัน ตั้งแต่เกิดเหตุ 21.10.2025 - 10.10.2025 ทางเรายังไม่ได้ข้อสรุปของเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นและบริษัทรถก็ยังไม่จ่ายมัดจำให้เพราะเรื่องยังไม่สินสุดต้องรอข้อสรุปจากโรงแรม เราเองก็เสียเวลา เสียโอกาส และเสียความรู้สึกมากกับเรื่องนี้ เข้าใจว่าเหตุไม่คาดคิดเกิดขึ้นได้ แต่สิ่งที่คาดหวังคือการรับผิดชอบและการดูแลลูกค้าอย่างจริงใจ ซึ่งในกรณีนี้รู้สึกผิดหวังค่ะ
