Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

An absolutely wonderful experience at SĪARI. My husband and I stayed there in June, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The setting is breathtaking, surrounded by nature with incredible ocean views that make you disconnect from the moment you arrive. The food was outstanding. Everything we tried was delicious, beautifully presented and made with excellent ingredients. Every meal felt special. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the team. The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive and genuinely caring. They anticipated every detail and made us feel incredibly well looked after throughout our stay. The rooms, the beach, the views, the food and the beautiful surroundings are all spectacular, but it is the level of service that really sets SĪARI apart. We left already wanting to come back. A truly special place and one of those hotels you keep thinking about long after you leave. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

My wife and I chose Sīrari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the resort. The grounds are absolutely stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings, and our room was among the finest we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating an experience that was both luxurious and incredibly relaxing. The service was truly exceptional. The staff always seemed to be one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The food and beverage experience was equally impressive. Every meal was outstanding, with exceptional quality, creative menus, and impeccable service. A couple of things for future travelers to consider: the resort is quite remote, which adds to its exclusivity and tranquility. We decided to rent a car, and it made exploring the area very easy. Just be sure to bring pesos for the toll roads. During our stay, we took a day trip to nearby Sayulita and enjoyed a horseback ride along the beach—both were fantastic experiences and well worth doing. A special thank you to Pedro, our Yakana, who made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. His attentiveness, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine hospitality elevated every aspect of our stay. He is a tremendous asset to the resort. If you’re looking for a secluded luxury escape with world-class accommodations, exceptional dining, and service that sets a new standard, Sīrari delivers in every way. We left already planning our return.

Heaven on earth. Wow. What an incredible experience and un touched property. We had entire resort at the tip of our finger tips. Stayed 5 days and no one ever said no to any request. The beach the views the rooms. Everything.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at Siari. While our experience was mostly positive, we returned home with some mixed emotions. First the positives... 1) Magnificent location on a 4+ mile stretch of Pacific Ocean beach 2) "Panoramic View Suite" was wonderful with amazing King Bed & Bathroom 3) Incredible Ocean Sunset Views from our "Panoramic View Suite" 4) "Panoramic View Suite" has large balcony with plunge pool 5) Beautiful Fitness Center and Spa Facility 6) Excellent Service from our Yakanas (Butlers) and all Pool/Restaurant Staff 7) 2 beautiful pool locations (Family & Adult pools) just steps from the beach Now the not so good... 1) Only 2 restaurants avail for dinner with no off-site options due to remote location >Menu selection is somewhat limited. Check menus before reserving a room >Neither Restaurant lived up to Ritz Carlton standards for elegant dining 2) No AC or Ceiling Fans in restaurants & bars 3) Food & Beverages are expensive 4) Offered car service to / from airport was expensive ($750+) 5) Breakfast options are limited when part of a "Breakfast Incl. Pkg" 6) Housekeeping was short staffed during our stay. It sometimes took 3 hours for housekeeping to arrive after requesting service 7) Surprisingly, no recognition of our Marriott Bonvoy status by hotel or staff. 8) Missing other small details, like no chocolate (or other amenity) at Turn Down 9) There is still some construction on site with the associated noise and visuals Overall I think Siari has great potential but needs a couple of years to mature into the World Class Resort it aspires to be.

Siari Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Nayarit – Great Potential, Not Quite There Yet (3.5★) This was my fourth Ritz-Carlton Reserve property, and while it’s not at the top of my list (yet), it has a ton of potential. Rooms: The hard product is excellent. The room layout—especially the bathroom and outdoor terrace—is thoughtfully designed. The plunge pool integrates seamlessly and can be heated, which effectively turns it into a private hot tub. My only complaint is the limited terrace space for proper loungers. Overall, though, the room was a highlight. Pool & Beach: The beach is massive with incredibly soft sand—easily the best beach of any Reserve property I’ve visited. Both the adults-only and family pools are beautiful with a great atmosphere. However, service here needs improvement. There’s no dedicated pool attendant to greet and help set up chairs/umbrellas, and while staff will assist when they notice you, it can take some time. Pool service overall was just average. Spa & Fitness: The spa is very well done—private, शांत, and a great place to unwind. I especially enjoyed the cold plunge, sauna, and steam. The spa pool is also a nice touch. That said, service here was lacking—no visible menu and unclear if food/drinks were available. The fitness center is clean and modern but small, with limited equipment and space. Food: Food was consistently good across the property. The standout was the Asian restaurant—Tony delivered exceptional service and was easily the most attentive team member we encountered all weekend. Service: Service overall was friendly and well-intentioned, but inconsistent compared to other Reserve properties. Some requests were missed, and the anticipatory service you expect at this level wasn’t always there. That said, the staff genuinely wants to make things right. Overall: Currently a 3.5★ experience with clear 5★ potential. I already have a return trip booked and am looking forward to seeing how the property evolves.
