Beyond fabulous
Hotel Imperial is one of the world’s finest. It’s my home away from home. The front desk staff is beyond helpful. But one stands out above the rest, Pragyam. He helped us 24/7. He checked in on us even on his days off and also made sure we reached out destinations without event. His attention went beyond his job. He made everything smooth. I must mention the amazing food!! Breakfast was divine!! The Spice Route is unsurpassed!!! San Giminiano is also amazing!! 1911 is fabulous! The store also is a gem. I miss this hotel. I miss everything about it. Can’t wait to return!! Stay right there Pragyam!! You made all the difference!!!!
