Finest hospitality

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 10 hours ago

From the moment I arrived at The Imperial Hotel, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. The property itself is stunning, showcasing a blend of history and exquisite art that immediately sets the stage for a memorable stay. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Neel, whose charm and professionalism made a lasting impression. He shared fascinating details about the hotel’s rich history and its magnificent architecture, which added a personal touch to my experience. Neel escorted me to my room and efficiently guided me through the check-in process, ensuring everything was seamless. The room itself was a luxurious haven, with every detail thoughtfully curated to provide an opulent experience. To my delight, a beautiful tiffin arrived, filled with delicious cucumber sandwiches and decadent chocolate madeleines. Neel had also arranged for a lovely pot of tea, a perfect touch after my six-hour drive. The hotel’s pool is another highlight—beautifully designed and complemented by attentive staff. It’s a tranquil escape that adds to the overall indulgence of the stay. Breakfast at The Imperial is beautifully curated, offering a serene and calm atmosphere to start the day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The Imperial will undoubtedly be my go-to whenever I pass through Delhi. A special thanks to Neel for taking such wonderful care of me—his dedication and exceptional service truly stand out. This young man has a bright future ahead in the hospitality industry and deserves to be applauded for his efforts.

Amazing oasis in the middle of Delhi

I can’t say enough about this hotel. From the very beginning we were blown away with the level of service we received. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even sent someone to help me wrap a sari at 2 in the morning. The breakfast has a huge selection and everything is delicious. Every restaurant on the property serves amazing food. Whenever I come back to New Delhi I will be staying at the imperial.

Luxury experience in Delhi

Best hotel in Delhi by far. Large rooms and ideal location. Recommend to eat at San Gimignano. I was served by Luceeta and Puneesh, best food I’ve had in India (lamb pasta).

Unforgettable experience and great hospitality

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

I finally visited *San Gimignano* for the first time, and I have only one complaint... *Why did nobody drag me here earlier?!* The place is gorgeous, the vibe is straight out of Italy, and if calories weren't a thing, I'd have applied for permanent residency. The experience started with Assistant F&B Manager *Mr. Ashutosh*, who deserves his own Netflix documentary. The man doesn't just welcome guests—he takes you on a time-travel journey through the legacy of The Imperial. I came for lunch, but left with a history lesson... and I loved every minute of it. Then entered *Puneesh*, the restaurant manager and, apparently, the CEO of "Trust Me, You'll Love It." I blindly followed every recommendation he made, and not once did he betray my taste buds. The complimentary house-made focaccia? Dangerous. They should legally warn people that one basket is never enough. The tomato soup tasted like tomatoes finally fulfilled their life's purpose. The signature Marinara Spaghetti? Every strand was so perfect that I briefly considered apologizing to every pasta I've eaten before. And then... *TIRAMISU.* Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls... I have seen the light. I'm convinced this wasn't dessert—it was therapy served in a bowl. Every bite whispered, "Everything will be okay." If someone had tried to take it away from me, we'd have had an international incident. Travelling with a baby usually means one parent eats while the other negotiates with a tiny dictator. But Puneesh came to the rescue with a high chair and an adorable soft toy, buying us enough peace to actually enjoy our meal. Absolute legend. Just before we left, Mr. Ashutosh came back to check if everything was satisfactory. Sir, the only thing unsatisfactory was that my stomach has limited storage capacity. Thank you, Team San Gimignano, for reminding me that great restaurants don't just serve food—they create memories, food comas, and lifelong cravings.
