Staying at the Imperial New Delhi was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our stay throughout. The Imperial Lounge executives Bharti, Mitali, Isha really made us comfortable and were very welcoming.

The Imperial, New Delhi. A hidden gem.
Our family of 4 enjoyed a 10 day trip to India in June 26 exploring the landmarks of the Golden Triangle. The trip started in New Delhi and we booked the Imperial Hotel. We were greeted immediately upon our arrival and made to feel so comfortable. We had requested for inter-connecting rooms, and to our pleasant surprise, the Front Office Manager, Mandeep, upgraded one of the rooms to a suite to provide us with the connecting rooms. All the staff were always at hand to assist with any request, be it tips on areas to visit and booking our transportation. The Imperial Lounge was so welcoming at the end of a long day visiting the sites. We could just unwind over a few drinks and snacks. All the staff at the Lounge were so accommodating. I can't recall all their names, but 2 staff, Barthi and Neha surprised my wife with a cake for her birthday, which was such a nice touch. All the staff at the Lounge and Hotel made us feel so relaxed and taken care off. We really enjoyed our stay at the Imperial.

The perfect hotel
The best hotel. It is so beautiful and unique. We had an amazing and a memorable stay. Everything is perfect. The staff is so helpful, kind, efficient and professional. We will definitely come back.
