The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi

The hotel works on the ethos of building relationships. That shows in every member of the staff. The entire team Guest Relations, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, everyone is always in such a cheerful mood. The guest relations team is extremely efficient in taking care of your stay. Zoya from the guest relations team went far and beyond to make our stay extra special. Respectful, attentive and super cordial especially with the kids. We stayed for an extended period during which most weekends, there were activities planned for children and adults which was absolutely delightful and Zoya took care of the minutest details to ensure that the kids were safe and taken care of. A special shout out to the restaurant team at Cafe Knosh. Managers Deepak and Sandhya, Chef Himanshu and staff members Sagar and Kunal were always on their toes to make our meals extra special. The food itself is great at the cafe, especially the salads in buffets and the whole gamut of sweet dishes that are put on table every single day, three times a day. Absolutely the best team ever. Lovely place to stay if you are In Delhi.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur! Traveling with twin babies can be a handful, but we enjoyed our time a lot, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Mohit and Pawan for taking such great care of us. Highly recommend!
