מלון נהדר , כל פעם שאני מגיע לדלהי משתדל להתאכסן בו. שירות נהדר,אוכל נהדר, ניקיון החדר לא השביע רצון ( סבון לא חודש ,כתמים דביקים על השולחן לא נוקו ) ראוי לציון צוות the royal club ( לאונצ ) Great hotel, every time I come to Delhi I try to stay there. Great service, great food, Room cleanliness was not satisfactory (soap not renewed, sticky stains on the table not cleaned) Worth mentioning is the Royal Club staff (Launch)

Had the best experience last night at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, New Delhi! Visited Knos Café and the whole vibe was just perfect. Huge shoutout to Sanju Verma and Ashutosh Sharma—they truly understood the assignment! Super polite, super attentive, and made everything feel seamless and luxe. The hospitality was next level. 10/10 recommend and I’m definitely coming back!

Amezing experience, and I love to visit again and again
It was a wonderful experience at The Leela Ambience, I felt great because the staff there was very supportive, they made the check-in very smooth and properly guided me about which side the rooms were on, and I was made to understand the environment of the hotel very well, and special thanks to Shrishti ji for helping me from start to end check in till check out.

Connoisseur club membership
Very disappointing experience at The Leela. We were promised by the sales team that family members could use the membership, but today we were denied entry. Staff was uncooperative and refused to communicate. False promises and poor service—definitely not expected from a reputed hotel.
