The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi

Lovely place . Great ambience . Staff are pretty supportive and welcoming. It was a vet positive stay and I will all the best to Leela for future . I would like to thank Mr Pankaj (Delhi 32 restaurant ) for a fabulous service and Miss Pallavi for her lovely support during the stay .

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend, Especially for Solo Travelers I had a terrible experience at this Leela hotel and would not recommend it — especially for solo travelers. First, the staff were unhelpful and seemed poorly informed. I requested a late checkout, which was initially approved. However, at the reception, they suddenly denied it and gave conflicting answers after a lot of back and forth. Eventually, they just told me checkout is at 12pm the next day — something they could’ve clarified from the start. Second, the complimentary fruit in the room was clearly old and untouched by housekeeping even the next day. No effort was made to replace or remove it. Third, breakfast was confirmed as included in my package during check-in. Yet, after I had breakfast the next morning, the restaurant manager approached me and said it wasn’t included. It was embarrassing and extremely disappointing. I also booked a massage at the spa hoping to relax, but it ended up being more stressful than soothing. To make matters worse, there was loud construction going on — not the peaceful environment you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, I regret choosing this property. The service, experience, and communication were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle.

I just want you to know that I found your whole experience very close to the stay we had at The Taj in Mumbai & the Taj Lake Palace ! We were warmly greeted, Your lovely staff did Tikka & flowers to our family memebers upon arrival, just like they were greeted at the Taj. Upon leaving they presented us charming bracelets as a going away present. We were so impressed ! Very close to the stay at the Taj properties for a fraction of the price ! All staff were so pleasant & respecful ! Keep it up, we'll recommend The Leela to everyone we know ! Thank you !
