The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi

Our recent birthday celebration here was exceptional. The entire resort went above and beyond, showcasing immaculate attention to detail under the superb leadership of GM Mr. Harkaran Singh. The team seamlessly accommodated our strict dietary needs, including gluten allergy and lactose intolerance. Chef Mohit made custom gluten-free pasta, Chef Himanshu intuitively handled my friend’s breakfast fasting needs, and Jayashree arranged a perfect gluten-free, eggless cake in our room. Every interaction was memorable. Ashutosh and Shipra provided a grand welcome, while Abhishek and Rishab offered stellar pool and cafe service. At 32nd East, Rishabh organized a stunning, personalized private dining room where Bhaskar, Anjali, and Amit pampered us flawlessly. Finally, Gopi and the spa team delivered pure relaxation, and Mohit wrapped up our stay with a beautiful farewell gift. We left with hearts full of joy and memories to cherish forever. If you want to experience genuine luxury and a team that truly cares, look no further!

I visited the Leela hotel to celebrate my best friend's birthday. The stay was beyond exceptional. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and the service was impeccable. We were welcomed by the team on check in. The rooms were luxurious with attention to detail which made our stay super special with the room decor and complimentary cake and chocolates on arrival. We had lunch in Cafe Knosh - the food and service both were amazing. Chef Mohit and Chef Himanshu were amazing with their meal preparations and hospitality & attention to detail. Special thanks to Rishabh for arranging our Dinner at 32 East with wonderful decor for the occasion and mouth watering asian cuisine. The cocktails were divine. The Spa at the property is luxurious , the staff is welcoming and we were pampered for a rejuvenating experience. The property is super clean and well decorated through out with luxury vibes in every corner. The pool is clean and refreshing. Special thanks to the team Ashutosh, Shipra, Bhaskar, Amit, Jayashree and Rishabh. Looking forward to coming back again.

Been staying here since 2021, off and on. Posted enough reviews, but thought a new review was in the making to sum up these four years. Its gotten better and better. Tried enough hotels in NCR to break the jinx, but to no avail. Tried Connaught, recently, in Jan. Rooms were too small. Food was good. But understood Leela is Leela. New editions to the family Chef Mohit and Pankaj Bisht. Chef Koranga ji , Mahender ji and ofcoure Himanshu. Keep up the good work guys. House keeping Ghanshyam ji and Pradeep do their share of work well. A especial mention Prabha from Front desk. Darpan as usual was up to the mark. Thanks to all of you. A good team. Harkirat Sir, kudos. Abhishek Sir and Ashutosh ji, keep the ship going at this great speed.
