Extremely disappointing experience with The Leela Ambience.
Since last night, I have been trying to make a reservation—calling multiple times and even directly messaging the Duty Manager. Despite my messages being seen, there has been no response. Reception calls also go unanswered. This is not the first time—when I was a resident here in 2021–22, the same lack of courtesy and responsiveness existed. Sadly, nothing seems to have improved in 2025. For a property of this stature, basic guest service like answering calls or replying to messages should be a priority. A Duty Manager’s job is to respond promptly and assist guests, not ignore them. I strongly suggest better training for staff and stricter attention to guest communication. Luxury isn’t just about the property—it’s about how you treat people.

It’s a beautiful property . The hospitality by our lovely host Mr Gaurav was very delightful . And the chefs special dal makhni and the main course cuisines were lovely . Chefs made sure to cater to our needs. Special thanks to Chef Bobby Jaiswal and Chef Ali for all the love encompassed in the cuisines 😻❤️
