Oasis of calm

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Harshita, the executive at The Leela Ambience Gurgaon, who assisted us with the check-in process on both the 1st and 4th of December. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and cooperative throughout. Understanding the urgency and importance of early check-ins for wedding guests, she ensured that the rooms were provided on priority — without any hassle or delay. Her proactive approach and helpful attitude truly made a difference. What I appreciated most was how polite, calm, and efficient she remained at all times. During a period that can often be stressful, she ensured that I had one less thing to worry about, and for that I am truly grateful. Beautiful Property
Had a short 1 night staycation. The experience here was excellent & the food was yummy with great variety on the buffet. The view from the room was perfect & the room was spacious. My daughter enjoyed her time at the kids play zone. Will surely visit again soon.

Great Hospitality by FOM and Concierge Head
Stay was comfortable special thanx to Nri Front office manager for smooth check-in at inspite of having queue at Reception. Pool was nice but coudnt enjoy it bcoz of cold . Looking forward to come back once again , great hospitality feels like home. Special thanx to Rahul concierge for arranging trip to central delhi
