Hands down the best hotel in New Delhi. I hesitate to post a review because I don't want this gem to get overrun-I will never stay anywhere else-excellent from start to finish even with a huge AI summit happening.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay! This hotel truly offers the best all-around experience you could ask for. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The room service was fantabulous…. quick, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Every request was handled seamlessly, which made the stay even more relaxing. And the New Year’s party? Simply unforgettable! The atmosphere, the energy, the arrangements…. everything was spot on. It was the perfect way to welcome the new year. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at The Leela Palace New Delhi was absolutely outstanding and, without question, one of the finest hotel experiences we have had in India. Our room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after busy days in the city. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and housekeeping standards were flawless. Dining was another highlight. Breakfast was superb, with an impressive selection, excellent quality, and attentive service that made each morning a pleasure. The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, refined, and exceptionally well managed. A special and sincere mention must go to Afifa, whose customer service was truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a meaningful difference to our stay and perfectly embodied the level of hospitality this hotel represents. What truly sets The Leela Palace New Delhi apart is its ability to deliver consistent, authentic 5-star hospitality — not only through its beautiful facilities, but through outstanding people. This hotel stands well above many other luxury properties we have experienced. We would not hesitate to return and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi. Bhuvan from the Leelas, New Delhi makes the best chai. My mornings is greeted with a smile & a hot cuppa chai. Most grateful & appreciative for the wonderful hospitality at the Leelas. From the management to the waiters, they are all so approachable. Nothing is too much. Everyday was special & I take back great memories. Thank you🙏🥰
