Avoid if you actually want a luxurious relaxing stay
Terrible experience outweighing the good points. Location - awesome. Hardly a 15 minute drive from Delhi IGI Airport and close to Ambience Mall as well as Aerocity. Hygiene - OK. Floor wasn't cleaned properly and had weird yellow stains. Rooms - WEIRD. Very poorly organised. The toilet and shower were separated which was great, but the gate to both was near fully transparent with the lights on! ZERO privacy in the toilet?? The sinks were outside, in the room itself. So you go to the washroom and then have to go out in the room to wash your hands. And there's no counter near the sink, so when you wash your hands, you're going to be spilling water everywhere. The lighting near the dressing vanities is terrible and impossible to get ready under, and the light from the bedside switches stays illuminated all night, making it a terrible experience if you're at all sensitive to light when sleeping. Also, there are no dedicated buttons nor numbers on the hotel intercom for room service or the front desk. So in case you need to contact them, the only option is to walk out and go all the way to the front desk. Food - the breakfast spread was great, excellent variety and great taste. Hours were flexible too. Pool - gorgeous pool but the experience was RUINED by the immensely rude lifeguard who was terribly behaved and talking like a hooligan. 0/10, HATED OUR STAY BECAUSE OF THIS RUDR BEHAVIOR. Spa - excellent. Very professional although getting a booking even on the weekdays was difficult - but it was fully worth it. Service - Paid for a birthday surprise and the staff were kind enough to decorate the room. HOWEVER, THEY CHARGED FOR A CAKE AND DIDN'T EVEN PROVIDE IT?? Baffling. Got a super late check in (5 pm) on Sunday because they said it will take time to clean the rooms after the long weekend, so I said fine, but I would like a late check out at 1 PM at least. However on the day of my check out, they called at 11 AM asking me to check out. Horrible communication between the team, terrible experience.

Birthday Surprise at Roseate
I recently planned a surprise staycation at Roseate for my wife’s birthday, the property is beautiful and one of the best to celebrate special moments. What made the experience all the more top notch were the services offered by Harsh - Butler, he was extremely thoughtful and helped plan me the birthday surprise, gave new ideas, helped execute them and was super proactive. The hospitality offered was top notch. I would highly recommend Harsh and Roseate.
