Taj stay is always amazing , from arrival to departure everything is in yes and they never say no that’s the beauty of taj hotels We stayed at Taj Mahal delhi and the pool experience for my kid was very nice plus had dinner at machan with another family food was superb

Staff is not aware of all the perks if booked via Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts Program 1. I had $150 Spa credit which staff denied at the time of check-in. Next day when I checked again with a different staff, they confirmed that I had $150 credit but I had no time to plan and getting the appointment left. 2. I had 2 rooms booking. Staff Initially upgraded 1 room to Taj club and said I will be getting another room at 5 PM on the same floor which I agreed. Later they denied to give me another room on the same floor and allocated another room on 2nd floor. It was too problematic for me to have 2 rooms on 2 different floors. 3. I get free upgrade if room is available, I got upgraded on one room to Taj club but did not provide Longue access. In the pass, whenever I got upgraded, I got access to Longue. This time staff did not grant access. 4. 2nd floor TV was always ON and there was no remote. I called reception to check as TV was always ON and I was unable to sleep. Staff took more than an hour to come to room and fix the TV. 5. Check-in process was too slow.

Connect with Mr. Arjun Kala, Mr. Deepak Rai if you plan to fine only post talking to them and any in room request Ms. Shivani Kochhar on post talking to them it’s worth else you might struggle with service..service during brkfst disappointment

I booked the Taj Mahal Palace for two nights and I'm so surprised with the unprofessional and ignorent behaviour of staff. It all started the moment we arrived at the hotel . After checking in formalities they allotted us the room number 508 and when we went to the room and the moment we entered the room we realised it was already given to someone and someone was staying in the room . We immediately came out and the porter also shocked and took the key from me and ran to reception. My son and I waited for another 10 minutes and the porter arrived with a new room key. On the day of departure because our flight was at 10 so we thought to leave the hotel by 7.30 and asked about the breakfast timings . We've been told that they serve breakfast at 7 am onwards. When we went to Machan restaurant which is an ala carte breakfast and they said if we give order it will take time so why not have breakfast at buffet breakfast restaurant which is at one floor down. When we went to the buffet breakfast hall the staff told us that the breakfast would start at 8 Am . I was surprised that the staff had no idea when the breakfast opened . It was by 7.15 Am and we thought we would be late reaching the airport. We left without having breakfast. We don't expect this kind of bad service from the Taj group of hotels . I think this time it completely puts me off and in future I don't think I'll be staying at the Taj hotels again . Not worth spending your hard earned money at Taj Man singh . I realised there are some other groups offering better quality then Taj these days .

Best way to ruin your day

It was my anniversary and I travelled all the way from Agra to enjoy your property and it was my first time to this particular property as I had heard great things about it. I made my booking almost a couple of weeks prior to ensure I'm able to surprise my wife and have a good time together and build memories along with you guys. At the time of reservation I'd informed the person that it's our anniversary and if they could arrange a cake and bouquet for my wife and ready the bathtub to which he agreed and brought a smile to my face. I requested for early checking and it was agreed too. In Spite of all things being cleared in advance and bookings made, I reached at 1:30PM which is just 30 mins before your actual check in time. I was given the room then with just 15 mins of wait time and me expecting that the things would be ready as discussed. disappointment started from that very moment. There was nothing in the room. And all my expectations were in vain. Had you guys needed more time, you should have not allowed me to check in or asked me to wait in the lobby. Now in front of my wife, I'm not a=gonna ask for these particulars. there was a reason that things are discussed in advance and confirmed. Honestly, I won't expect such things from TAJ, you guys are known for your world class hospitality and that's the reason we choose you for our special day. To my surprise, nothing was in the room, neither cake, nor flowers, nor the bathtub prepared. And I look helpless to my wife. WOW! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. Reminded your staff once about it, they were sorry and still took 1 hour after that to call back and confirm. What a shame guys! I feel the entire hotel was busy attending the cricketers of the LSG team as that was most important for them. Even though I paid for my stay and was not staying for free hence needed equal importance and service which was promised to me. I even told the receptionist to cancel my booking and I can go to some other place if the hotel people are so busy attending VIP guests. Cherry on the cake was the wait time for food and uncooked food being served at breakfast. This would be the last thing I would expect in my life. No restaurant serves raw food. I still have a picture clicked of hash browns which I ordered and because the chefs were in a hurry due to a lot of orders from the guests they chose to serve me raw. FANTASTIC!!! We ordered a bowl of fruits and cold coffee to start our breakfast with and it was served to us when we were done with the breakfast. When highlighted to the team, what we got in return was SORRY. Lastly, the checkout took 30 mins. oh c'mon we are in the tech era and things just happen in a few sec/ 1-2 mins. Getting to know the system is not working or we are checking with the department it is taking some time. From checkin to checkout we just had experiences with you guys and still paid you the full amount for our anniversary celebration. Kudos to the entire team to make it so memorable that I would not even want to remember ever till I take my last breath. A PERFECT CELEBRATION!!
