We stayed at Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi last weekend for a family staycation, and once again, Taj reminded us why it remains our favorite hospitality brand. We were four families and had requested a space where we could all sit together, relax, and enjoy. Despite the hotel being completely sold out, the team was gracious enough to offer us an upgrade — and what an upgrade it was! We were given the Maharaja Suite, which was truly beyond our imagination. As always, the hospitality was exceptional. We partied until 4 a.m. and still made it for breakfast at 10 a.m., where the hotel team arranged group seating for us even during peak rush hours at Varq, one of India’s most coveted restaurants. A dedicated service team took care of our food preferences, and the chef personally visited our table to check if everything was going well. Taj never disappoints. In fact, the pampering is so good that we are now afraid to try other brands! Pleasant stay! Nice experience. It was a staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday. Beautiful room with a splendid view. Fantastic housekeeping. Had the lounge access similar to Taj Palace Delhi. Again a delightful experience. A must visit.

We would never miss an opportunity to savour the authentic, mouth-watering South Indian delicacies, meticulously crafted with remarkable attention to every minute detail by Chef Mr. Keshav Agarwal. Each dish reflected culinary excellence, tradition, and passion in equal measure. The experience was made even more vibrant by Mr. Nitish from Tamil Nadu, whose warmth, gracious hospitality, and thoughtful recommendations added a delightful personal touch. My wife was so captivated by the flavours that she could not resist asking for the secret recipes, knowing well that we would certainly return again to indulge in this unforgettable breakfast experience. Such an energetic, welcoming, and positive team has the rare ability to transform an ordinary morning into a truly memorable and extraordinary celebration.

Deepak, Pratham and Lakshmi ensure you are utterly "inundated in an ocean of hospitality." For Taj InnerCircle members, this experience is not just a perk—it is an unmatched bonanza. 3. Meanwhile, the transport logistics—coordinated flawlessly by Sourav Bist and Shraddha—ensured my journey was frictionless. Roopak, Ganesh, and Prem (Driver) provided a seamless, regal transition from the lobby to the tarmac. 6. A Note for the Discerning Senior Guest The Taj provides a "royal shield" of care for seniors. I strongly recommend opting for the complimentary breakfast delivery; it is executed with military-grade precision and heart. Whether you need medical support or dietary adjustments, the staff here possesses an intuitive intelligence—they know exactly what you need before you do. It is the result of a culture championed by the Hotel Manager, Mr. Vedagiri, whose commitment to "meticulous communication" acts as the scintillating factory of this property. He has inspired a team where every individual—from the doorman to the manager—understands that they are not just employees, but guardians of a legacy.
