The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi

I am writing this review so that maximum people should get to know about this hidden wonder in Delhi city centre. Honestly this is one of the best 5 star property to go for in Delhi. If anyone is looking for a staycation, business, family, friends trip then this is one shop stop. Starting from the guest services agent at reception, agents/ supervisors in restaurants, staff at pool area in a nutshell everywhere in property are extremely humble and ready to assist. Taj is a well known brand but these people in brand are really giving extra effort to make your stay memorable. Would like to give a loud shoutout to Mr Pradeep Kumar Dubey, Himanshi , Ujjwal , Tanu , Nischay , Mr Laxmi and Team from lounge team are some name which I could remember and would like to really appreciate there effort. Lastly would like to add that these people aren't just making your stay memorable but they are creating exceptional experiences which you will remember lifelong. I love ❤️ the stay so much. My favorite was receiving treatments , hair and make up from Seema . She made me feel like a Queen. I am forever grateful. The food was delicious also and our driver Lakhpat was phenomenal . He was so kind and patient. Sradha from the concierge was a life saver. I am truly grateful for the staff at this beautiful hotel. I also love the flute .

The lounge is absolutely stunning—elegant interiors, comfortable seating, and a calm, luxurious ambiance that’s perfect for a relaxed afternoon or an intimate catch-up with family and friends. The café offerings were equally impressive. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff ensured we were comfortable throughout our visit. What made the experience even more special was celebrating precious family moments in such a beautiful setting. The attention to detail, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality made it a memorable outing. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Emperor Lounge, Taj Palace for making our visit so pleasant. We look forward to returning soon and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an elegant café experience in Delhi.

We recently had the opportunity to have lunch at Machan. It was an amazing experience to their hospitality thanks to Sanjay and his team. The food is just amazing - it is one of the few restaurants where u feel nothing can go wrong. They have a limited well curated Menu and their chef Keshav Agarwal who is very down to earth makes sure that the food is as close to perfection as possible

I came here with my friends for dinner. We enjoyed the food and drinks, but what made our experience truly special was the amazing hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to mention **Abhinav** and **Anisha**. They were incredibly polite, respectful, and attentive throughout our visit. Their service was exceptional, and their positive attitude made us feel very welcome. I genuinely appreciated their behavior and professionalism. A big thank you to both Vishal and Piyush for making our evening so memorable. Keep up the excellent work!
