The Eliza Jane, Autograph Collection

There was so much to love about the Eliza Jane. We are frequent New Orleans visitors and will add this to our list of hotels to consider. We enjoyed the location; easy walk to the FQ yet out of the fray. Also, a short walk to the casino if that is your thing. We LOVED (loved-loved-loved) the lobby and lobby bar. It was the perfect place to meet friends each night for before dinner drinks. Lots of great seating areas. When we were there on Friday & Saturday night they had wonderful live music. Our room was nice - a tad quirky. Did not have a closet but a rack set up- that is ok but not visually attractive. The bed was very comfortable. The concierge was wonderful; detailed and knowledgeable. The Eliza Jane was perfect for our stay!

I am officially a reliable Eliza Jane loyalist! Anytime I’m in New Orleans—whether for work or coming into town for a Saints football game—The Eliza Jane is always one of my favorite places to stay. The property has so much character, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the bar is amazing. It’s the kind of hotel that feels distinctly New Orleans while still being polished, comfortable, and welcoming. What really makes The Eliza Jane special, though, is the staff. Orrione is an absolute ROCKSTAR. As a former hotel manager myself, I know how much the right employee can shape a guest’s entire experience, and Orrione is exactly that kind of person. She has a genuine warmth and energy that brightens a guest’s day and makes you feel truly welcomed. Employees like her are an incredible asset to a hotel and are a huge part of what turns a great stay into a memorable one. Five stars, without hesitation. Between the wonderful staff, great atmosphere, amazing bar, and consistently enjoyable stays, The Eliza Jane has earned my loyalty. I’ll absolutely continue making it my New Orleans home away from home whenever I’m in town. And WHO DAT! ⚜️

The hotel is gorgeous and the experience is luxurious before you even get to the door. It was raining when I arrived and the bell staff retrieved my luggage and helped me from my cab with an umbrella. I was escorted to the front desk where I was greeted by the amazing Orionne. She went above and beyond to get me checked-in, familiar with the available services and my benefits as a Gold Elite and AmEx Travel member as well as acquainted me with the history of the beautiful property. She took time to explain all of the available amenities and how to get the best out of my stay. She was friendly and professional, and I felt valued as a guest. The hotel itself is stunning and my suite did not disappoint. This will be my new go to hotel when coming home to visit.

The best hotel stay! The location was perfect, only steps from the St Charles streetcar line and bus stop. It was quiet, elegant, and upscale. I had a King Suite and it was huge. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that big. The bef was amazing and I loved having a fridge in the room. Orrione at check in was fabulous! She was my first impression to the hotel and she represented well. She was super informative of all my perks, empathetic, and funny. She made me feel at home right away. I also had dinner one night at the on site restaurant, Couvant. I ordered a margarita, Cesar Salad, and Crawfish Monica and enjoyed it all. Service was great as well. Overall a 10/10 stay, no exaggeration. I will be back!
