Comfy and convenient
Great location in the French Quarter, right off of Bourbon Street and near the Saenger Theatre, where we had tickets for one night. The bed was very comfortable, early check in and late check out was so helpful as we were only staying one night.

Awesome location and very clean hotel
Our trip to New Orleans was made even better by staying at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter. The location was perfect as the entrance was not on Bourbon Street. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. The staff and their service was impeccable. We were very happy staying at this wonderful property and we will stay here again!

Bourbon Street Hyatt
The hotel and area are beautiful. Staff was amazing. The only problem is you can hear club music until 3 am. Its very loud and you cant escape it.

Perfect location for a French Quarter Experience
Had a great stay here. Friendly staff and a perfect location for the French quarter. If you are here to experience the vibrancy of the quarter, this is your spot. We were upgraded to a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street and it was amazing. We enjoyed the experience, but note while the room was decently soundproofed and we slept well, you may want a more interior room if you are a light sleeper. Our room was cleaned daily and as a Hyatt Explorist we received water each day as well. We also enjoyed the beignets at the breakfast counter.

Hyatt Centric FEES
Nice hotel. Great location. Rooms needed some updating. Beds were comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. My only complaint were the additional fees we were charged. I asked the front desk about the additional $11.99 that was charged to my card on 2 occasions during our 4 night stay. They said they would be removed. They were not removed. After doing some research after I got home, finding out this is a destination fee that was not disclosed when we booked. BE AWARE of the fees.
