Excellent Service at The Hyatt
The staff at the Hyatt has been amazing. Everyone has been super accommodating. They have solved every problem and fulfilled every request with a smile and cheery disposition. Special thanks to front desk team member Jimika that helped me when I arrived get checked in after I made a mistake in my reservation.

Good location
Great location, lobby is clean and inviting, comfortable beds, but elevator, tub, and TV options should be upgraded. Pay for parking.

Everything was perfectly fine. It was super clean. Stuff was amazing. Food was amazing, but you need to advise people that the rooms are haunted ?because we could barely sleep, me ,my girls and my husband, we couldn’t sleep because it was a woman going in and out and slamming doors and scratching nails in the walls all night long. Other than that it was great !!

Wonderful location of the hotel. The staff at the restaurants and bar were exceptional. will stay again. if Also very convenient location to the trolley.
