Hyatt Centric French Quarter New Orleans

Beautiful hotel! We were excited to stay on Boutbon street and our balcony was amazing. The noise was very loud! If your goi g to party and not sleep I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, two front desk staff members I interacted with were surprisingly rude. Since I had the DND sign on my door throughout my stay and didn't get housekeeping, I stopped by the front desk to ask for bottled water. One sighed and said, "You're a Globalist - housekeeping should've put water," before reluctantly handing me a bag of bottles. It was disappointing and unprofessional. With such a nice location and room quality, I expected better service. I won't be returning.

Hosted a conference here and when I say it was hands down the best experience I've had at a Hyatt I mean it. The staff all had that true authentic southern charm, and were always there to assist. It makes me want to host a conference here every year! The amenities were great, lobby was gorgeous and lively. Rooms were great, bathrooms could use updating, but they got the job done!

Excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions. The atmosphere was upscale but casual. Rooms were spacious and clean with coffee and water available. Value was great for New Orleans. The noise level on the courtyard side of the hotel was quiet, the street side was a bit noisy. The service was first rate and the event staff treated us like special guests. We had a personal visit from the hotel GM. All around great experience. Hotel bar and restaurant were better than I expected.

The Hyatt was the best hotel in the French Quarter! Raquel at the front desk had amazing customer service skills and was very welcoming!
