Hyatt Centric French Quarter New Orleans

This hotel could be great. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Carpet tiles lifting though it didn't impact our stay. Room was not serviced on our last day. Air-conditioner didn't work and it took an hour to realise it couldn't be replaced. We took a discount which we were satisfied with. The lady on the front counter needs to get some customer service training, whispering about me to her colleague when I confirmed the discount was applied. Concierge often not manned and busy when they are present.

Our weeklong workshop sessions were very successful. The entire hotel team moved in lockstep from start to finish. It was genuinely reassuring throughout our stay to see every question and every small issue handled immediately – no delays, no confusion, just crisp teamwork. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it stands far above what I have experienced while organizing many other events. Most importantly, every interaction felt thoughtful, and sincere. They delivered professionalism with personality - and a personal touch - and it made all the difference. Thank you for being one team and making our guests’ experience not just smooth, but memorable.

A nice place to stay, clean and located well. A bit noisy at night but expected considering its location. Staff was great

The location is ideal if you like being in the action in. This hotel has all you need to have a great time . Ellie at check in made it a breeze. Eric the Bellman was so helpful and sincere. Jerry at the bar kept everything excellent as advertised

The hotel has a fantastic location. The staff is great. The food at the restaurant was very good both dinner and breakfast. You can hear all the noise from the street!
