Here for a week with my husband, hotel in a great location, seconds away from Bourbon Street, clean, spacious rooms, windows do not open sadly but there is air con. Lovely pool, sun loungers and towels. Great breakfast in the hotel, staff very friendly. No complaints from us.

On the plus point the rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. The hotel is very close to Bourbon Street so location is good but along with it noise all night long. Also, round the pool they play loud 'boom boom' club music, not chilled jazz as you might expect. When sat round the pool with the average age of customers 60+ you do not want a loud disco. Another negative is the very slow lifts. Would not recommend hotel only for location.

A lovely hotel with comfortable well appointed rooms. Very clean and well kept with friendly and welcoming reception staff. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms immaculate, with a full set of fresh towels every day. Apart from Ken, who was absolutely amazing from our first day here, the bar staff generally came across as disinterested. Even when the bar/restaurant was practically empty they preferred to chat and joke with each other rather than serve or engage with customers. That said, the food served was really good quality and of plentiful portions. Generally a really good stay, less than 100 yards of Bourbon Street. You couldn't ask for a better location...

Hotel was super conveniently located in the middle of everything, clean, staff was super attentive. Would stay there again.

This was truly one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve had during a hotel stay. Every single staff member we encountered was exceptional from the moment we walked in. Eric is fantastic and should be commended for the way he makes guests feel welcomed and cared for.
