Great for families.
Exceptional. The staff is the #1 reason our stay was beyond our expectations. Myself, my husband and our 2 toddlers were well taken care of and cared after with all our questions and issues. We did not like our original room and the front desk immediately looked at what was possible to accommodate us. We were fortunate enough to update our room and made a huge difference in our stay / experience in NoLA. Hands-down would recommend it here and I would stay there again. Plus it has a pool.

Great location!
Great location, clean, huge bedrooms. Only negative was no outside view from window and housekeeping missed one day service on our room. Otherwise very comfortable and friendly hotel. The guy who was in charge of getting our taxis and looking after our luggage was particularly helpful and kind.

Great Location
Great location-unbelievably quiet! Steps away from Bourbon St as well as Canal, yet super quiet in the room. And the staff was super friendly and quite helpful.

Great hotel but very noisy in street side rooms due to New Orleans nightlife. Staff are helpful and friendly, and food is great.
