Great stay!
Great hotel and room was very spacious! Love that there's a couch. Just didnt like the noise outside the window. Music was on until 4am and garbage pick up was at 5am. We requested a quiet room but was not granted which is fine because it is upon availability but wish the staff would've told us then we wouldnt be disappointed. However, the location was so good! I can't complain too much. Everything was just 1-12min walk. So its good!

Disappointed
This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. Every other visit has been good. This one was disappointing. I arrived with a large family group that had been in transit for 8 hours only to be told our rooms weren’t ready. Mind you this was 30 minutes after the set check in time. We ended waiting another hour before the rooms were ready. The staff didn’t offer provisions for our wait or seem sympathetic about the situation. My mother is elderly and was not feeling well which made the situation even worse. For the price I expected a better experience.

ALL HYATTS ARE NOT THE SAME
I have to say this particular location is great, but the room was terrible. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the floor of the room creaked loud like a old creepy house. The floor was uneven, slight incline. The bartender (Ken) saved you, because I was too tipsy to to be upset about paying for a room with a inclined floor. The staff was very cordial and made our first time visit great.
