Air went out. After 3 hours they moved us to another room. Then in the middle of the night the air went out in that room. We couldn’t sleep because of how hot it was. Will not be going back. The picture was taken at 3:00am. When we left it was 79 degrees in the room.

The IH is a wonderful sophisticated space that can operate as a quiet oasis, or an urbane social hub depending on a guest’s likes and needs. The rooms are a decent size, well maintained and well appointed. The lobby decor is breezy and inspired. Leslie checked me in at the front desk and was so lovely and attentive throughout my stay and until my departure! I had a blast the entire time! Thank you Leslie and IH staff!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were especially pleased with the friendly staff and chill vibes of the hotel. The location is perfectly located near what we wanted to experience in New Orleans.

Really chic hotel in a great location to see all of the sights, and experience the city. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. The standard room is very small but clean. We didn't spend much time in it anyway. We really enjoyed the Commerce restaurant for breakfast, Fleur de lis is great for breakfast as well. Out favorite restaurants by far were Mandinas for dinner (share a plate, they are HUGE) and Angelo Brocato's for dessert. WWII Museum is amazing and we spent 6 hours there. We rented the bikes at the hotel to ride down to Jackson Square and that was fun. Highly recommend a muffaletta from Cental grocery! So delicious. We listened to live jazz at the Mahogany club. Cool seating in the very back.
