I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a great experience. The staff are very accommodating. The hotel bar is amazing as well - great drinks and chill atmosphere.

IHH was a positive experience. I rate cleanliness at the top of my list for any hotel and this was one of the cleanest, most cared for hotels. The staff are great at what they do, attentive and expert. The hotel has character with its cultural exhibits. The coffee is top notch! The bed was a bit hard for my wife and I, but everyone has a different preference. It’s well located just outside the French Quarter and short ride from Garden District. Would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The building was once beautiful, but unfortunately the exterior has been ignored. The sidewalk was broken and dirty, the building was in disrepair on the exterior. The interior was well kept, but the throw rugs were a little ragged and very hard to navigate rolling suitcases across. The bar area was spectacular. Lover the vibe. Overall my experience was super. I would definitely stay again!

Booked penthouse when we walked into the room our mouths just dropped broken tiles very noisy aircon smelly carpet extra small vanity couldn’t put our products on the vanity had to place them under the vanity
