Over priced for a subpar hotel. Rooms are dated and small… tv entertainment is from the 90s and non HD… pool and fitness closed and wasn’t told until a day before check in. Cafe food was gross The lobby and the bar are nice but expensive drinks … the location is great but pretty much use as a crash pad for sleeping. Was there for a wedding …wouldn’t stay there again

Came to New Orleans for family wedding. Front desk was supposed to text me when room was ready. Didn’t happen. We (2 women) in wedding party requested two queen beds. Did not happen. Shower doesn’t work, power strips on floor because there aren’t adequate plugs. The shower is still not fixed. Tiny room. Did not receive email stating pool and gym are closed for renovation. We were repeatedly told hotel was sold out. Curtains missing on window and wallpaper peeling. I will NEVER stay at this overpriced dump again. Wish I had some place else to stay. Room is not refundable. Awful

Stayed here four nights in March 2026. Pool and fitness centre closed for renovations. Rooms are old and need to be renovated. When I checked out they added 3 charges to my bill totaling $950, which I never made. Called guest services and they would not explain or reverse the charges. Visa security reversed the charges.
