Great Shower Design
I really liked the room. Probably one of the best hotel rooms I have had in a long time if not ever. I really like the shower that had a ceiling spout but also a detachable European shower head.

Amazing service, hotel experience, etc.
I visited Virgin Hotel with my family for a wedding this past weekend. The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, and everyone was kind. Check in speed was great; we were greeted with smiles each time we passed through. My biggest takeaway from this experience was the service of the bellmen. The bell captain, Drew and one other guy were so amazing. Im sorry I can’t remembers all the name, but each one was incredible & kind! The definition of true gentlemen. 10/10 service and I would definitely stay here again!

Such a fun and fabulous stay!
Our stay was fantastic! Stopped for one night at at the end of a very long road trip and the fun, laid-back vibe was exactly what we needed. Every employee went above and beyond to make our experience as easy and hospitable as possible. We had an amazing dinner at the Commons Club, where our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the quality of the drinks at the Pool Bar... I just hoped to get a fresher cocktail for the price we paid. I can't wait to come back and stay longer in New Orleans!

NOLA Trip for fun
We went on a quick trip to New Orleans. The location is great and easy to get to anywhere we were hoping to go and within walking distance.

Amenity not included like they say when I booked on their site
Im very unhappy with the billing, when I booked online it said the amenity fee is included and it should be 197.23 a night average. I see that it was included at the end again, that was the reason i booked with you guys because it showed that transparency that in the end wasn’t there. Thank you! Iuliana Nica.
