The locations was around the corner from Civic Center and the atmosphere was top tier!! The rooms were amazing and loved the nuances that makes it unique!!

Front staff, room & cleanliness were great. Loved the vanities in the bathroom area. We did not enjoy the pool club however, bartenders make a difference and an unpleasant experience can ruin even great views.

First time staying at a Virgin Hotel and I can say I will absolutely be back. I already know I have to travel back next month so already looking to stay here again.

Fun, quirky hotel with first class comfort. Beds, sheets, pillows all very comfortable on king bed. Rooms spacious with cute details. Loved the separate vestibule area with shower room, toilet room and double vanity mirrors with doors that separated the space from main bedroom. Auto lights in that area were great feature. Black out curtains completely blocked all light. Pool area nice, lobby coffee shop quick and delicious. Quick valet service. Great value, will be back.

We stayed at the Virgin New Orleans from July 9th-14th. We had a fantastic experience during our stay. From our first encounter with Chris, the Valet, who was such a joy, the Desk Clerk and her Professionalism, to Kyle, our Diner server, we could not have asked for better service. The hotel itself has a fun vibe to it, and was clean in all areas we encountered. A plus for us was that Breakfast is available from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.. Which is great after having a late night/early morning experience in the French Quarter. If you have dogs, they are welcomed as well. We would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a somewhat smaller hotel in a good location with outstanding service.
