⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — An Amazing Stay at Virgin Hotels New Orleans! I recently stayed at Virgin Hotels New Orleans for a mother-daughter getaway, and our experience was absolutely magnificent. From the atmosphere to the hospitality, this hotel gave us exactly the kind of relaxing and fun New Orleans experience I was hoping for. The hotel is extremely dog-friendly, which was especially important to us because my daughter’s service animal, Alaia, traveled with us. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, and having Alaia with us never felt like an inconvenience or a problem. That alone made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. 🐾❤️ The rooftop pool and Pool Club were some of my favorite parts of the property. After arriving in New Orleans, I spent a few hours on the rooftop relaxing, getting some sun and enjoying some much-needed self-care. The atmosphere was such a vibe! I especially have to shout out Whitney, who was one of the greeters at the Pool Club. Whitney was SO cool, friendly, personable and just an absolute pleasure every time I encountered her. She has the type of personality that adds to the experience of staying at a hotel. 10/10 for Whitney—give that woman a raise! 😂💕 I also want to recognize Bon, one of the managers, as well as another male manager whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. The management team was attentive, professional and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. I especially appreciated that on our final day, we did have an issue with our food at the Pool Club arriving cold. Things happen, and for me, what matters is how a hotel responds when something doesn’t go as planned. The manager stepped in immediately, addressed the situation swiftly and was extremely attentive. I walked away appreciating the way it was handled rather than allowing one issue to negatively affect an otherwise wonderful stay. That’s excellent customer service. Another unexpected perk we loved was receiving a complimentary drink each night of our stay. 🍹 Such a nice touch and another little detail that made the experience feel special. The hotel itself is stylish, fun and modern, with so many beautiful spaces throughout the property. If you’re someone who loves a great aesthetic—or you’re a content creator like me—you’ll find plenty of gorgeous places for photos and videos. Most importantly, this hotel gave my daughter and me a beautiful place to relax, spend quality time together and enjoy New Orleans. Between the rooftop, the accommodations, the dog-friendly atmosphere, the complimentary drinks and, most of all, the wonderful staff, we had a fantastic experience. Virgin Hotels New Orleans gets a 10/10 from me, and I would absolutely stay here again. 💕⚜️ And one more time for the people in the back: Whitney needs a raise! 😂👏🏽

This hotel is OK. It’s a solid three stars but nothing more. Bartenders on the roof were more interested in socializing than serving drinks. Too many other good hotels in New Orleans to repeat.

I stayed at the Virgin Hotel - New Orleans, from the 16th till the 20th of September for my birthday.  I left really disappointed. I called and emailed ahead to mention my birthday. No acknowledgement was made during my stay. Even worse, despite asking 3 separate times for my room to be cleaned, it never was. Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and my telly worked on occasion. That said, individual staff members were a bright spot. Two bartenders, one named Mary, and another named Rebecca were fantastic. Also, another staff member named Mary was helpful and offered great local tips and venues. Overall, I expected far better from this brand. I went to look at the pool before hours, just to check it out, I was made to feel unwelcome. Between the housekeeping failures and poor communication, this stay did not meet the standards I expected. Especially since I have stayed at the Nashville location and loved it. I'm extremely disappointed and put off.

Everything was great with our stay. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the front desk delivered chocolates and a postcard.

Love the decor, the amenities, the service, the food, the overall hospitality. You may need to walk a little extra to get to where you need to go, but it’ll help with the calories you need to burn when dining in NOLA.
