Disappointing experience
Unfortunately we had a sub-par experience with a series of unfortunate events that should not be happening in a luxury hotel: no cleaning service (even though specifically requested), no complimentary water in the rooms, hidden fees, neglected requests. On the bright side, the hotel has a great design/atmosphere and the restaurant and bar staff was very friendly! Hoping they can rectify their services!

I have loved this hotel and this is the second time i stay ed there but I won’t do it anymore. Three nights we started there and no one ai gel night they made our room. This after even leaving the green light on and specifically asking the reception to make it after failing Doing it the first night. Client response 0. Won’t come back

Not getting what I paid good money for
Day four and I’m wondering why our room hasn’t been made up. I called the front desk and they tell me there’s a “staffing shortage” and they are unable to make up our room. If I had known this beforehand, I would have stayed somewhere else. A major part of what I pay for when staying at hotel is having my room made up. Especially a supposedly “upscale” hotel like this that I am paying a premium for! I am not happy about this.

Really really good... but not great.
I give it an A for intentions... but a B- on execution. Great location, great room, great atmosphere, but a lot of the technology that's implemented in the room did not work as intended.. but we were not in New Orleans just to stay in a room. We will definitely stay here again.
