NOLA at it Best!!!
Whenever I am in NOLA, Virgin Hotels NOLA is my "go to" place! I absolutely love everything about this hotel, from its convenient location (close to the French Quarter, CBD, and the Lower Garden District) without the craziness. A lot of great restaurants near by and a supermarket literally down the block. The gym, the main hotel bar, the onsite restaurant, coffee bar, and pool areas are all amazing! But what really sets this place apart is the staff, super accommodating and welcoming.

The hotel is a 10/10 overall. I have stayed at other boutique hotels, but the staff, decor, amenities, and location makes this establishment at the top of best hotels in New Orleans, Latrell, Thank you!! He checked me in and his personality and energy was contagious. His superior customer service made the process seamless and stress free. The hotel decor is immaculate; the library, bar, meeting areas, elevator, rooms and pool area unmatched. This was my 1st stay at a Virgin property! I will be back THANK You! 10/10 highly recommend times 10.

Great time. Hotel was nice, clean and an easy walk to the Smoothie King Centet. Ryan B. was very helpful. Would definitely go back.

The perfect weekend getaway
Quite possibly the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! We live only a few hours away and it’s been some time since we’ve been to NOLA but we’re already planning our next stay at Virgin Hotel. We loved everything about it! From the thoughtfully planned out bougie rooms, the entertainment in the downstairs bar, the phenomenal rooftop bar and the most friendly staff you could ask for. Ryan, Isaac, Justin, Marvin and Kay went out of their way to make us feel at home. Tucked away nicely in the CBD within walking distance to the dome it was the perfect location. Our stay at Virgin Hotel makes us want to make New Orleans our secret getaway.

Great Service!
The facilities were very well designed and kempt. The staff, however, made the experience. Ryan B., in particular, was phenomenal. He took a genuine interest in my family, and our time in New Orleans , and was patient and kind.
