A Stay That Makes You Want to Join the Club
The Virgin brand speaks for itself, and this stay proved exactly why. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely taken care of. Customer service was impeccable from start to finish. We were greeted at valet by four attendants who helped with luggage, doors, getting us to our car, and making us feel like VIPs from the first minute. That same energy carried throughout the entire stay. Every day, the team was warm, friendly, fun, and attentive. Our room was a funky, rad corner room with incredible views of the city and bridge, which made the whole experience feel even more special. I traveled with my team, and by the end of the trip, all of us were saying the same thing: this place made us want to become members. That says everything.

I enjoyed my stay all the employees were very friendly. Very close to supermarket felt safe and comfortable. 10/10 would book again
