Loved our time with Virgin!
Had an amazing time staying here! Ryan was so helpful with our luggage as well as pointing out some of the best spots to hit uo for food and music! Erik was a whiz at bartending in the common space. The gym and pool were so much fun. A great environment for relaxing but also getting ready for amazing evenings! Super walkable area to most things in the cbd and french quarter

Great experience
The Virgin Hotel was the perfect location to stay while in New Orleans for the College Football quarterfinals! The staff was friendly and always handled all needs. From arrival to departure Ryan B greeted us with a smile and made checkin and departure seamless.

Great location and room
Great location and room. Service at bar was amazing but housekeeping was lacking, nobody cleaned our room for 5 days even though we asked for it

The Best
I stayed here for new years 2026 and loved it. Proper vibes, good cheer all around. Loved all the staff, and in particular I found Ryan B, Ken, and Justin to be helpful and always greeting me with a warm genuine hello. Will be back!

Fantastic and friendly service
We traveled to NOLA to celebrate the New Years holiday. The experience was amazing with great, prompt service. Shout out to Ryan B for organizing our transport to the airport on check-out!
