Virgin Hotels New Orleans

Loved this place. Great vibe and great attention to detail. The Virgin straddles it all well. Close ENOUGH to French Quarter and close enough to everything without it being crazy out front.

We really enjoyed the unique atmosphere. The service was great. Our rooms were very comfortable and well designed for efficiency. I would recommend Virgin Hotels to anyone staying in New Orleans.

Quite expensive for what you got. Already seems a bit run down eg bathrooms. No refill of tea and coffee was disappointing. Nice gym

⭐ WARNING: BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES AND UNEXPECTED CHARGES! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY MORE THAN THE PRICE YOU WERE QUOTED! My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I want to warn other travelers before they make the same mistake. This hotel seems to have a fee for absolutely everything! The hidden charges are ridiculous, and what's even worse is that you may not discover some of these additional fees until AFTER you've checked out. They even charge guests to use a BOTTLE OPENER! Seriously, a bottle opener? When you book a hotel, you expect transparency and honesty about what you're paying. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Instead, I was left dealing with unexpected charges that made me feel taken advantage of. My advice: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are plenty of hotels that value their customers, clearly disclose their fees upfront, and don't surprise guests with additional charges after they've left. A hotel should be focused on providing excellent hospitality, not finding creative ways to charge guests for every little thing. BEFORE BOOKING HERE, ASK YOURSELF: IS THE ROOM REALLY A GOOD DEAL IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR FINAL BILL WILL BE? I certainly won't be returning, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before booking. You deserve better transparency, better customer service, and a hotel that respects your hard-earned money!

Hotel is clean and staff is incredibly kind. Was especially impressed with Chris who personable and helped us with our bags/brought them to our room. Top notch all around!
