Another great 5-day stay for Jazz Fest 2026!
From check in to checkout, the service was as great as usual. All the staff members specially Ryan, were very helpful and attentive. This was our fourth year in a row staying at The Virgin in the CBD district for 5 days in town for the Jazz Fest. The rooms are clean, pretty quiet and beds comfortable. You’re a 10 minute walk to French Quarters and Bourbon Street.

Exceptional Hospitality and a Memorable Team Experience
We stayed here for a business conference. We experienced incredible hospitality and support during our event. The staff was consistently friendly, accommodating, and attentive, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable for our team. We hosted an evening party in the Dreamboat room that was so fun! The food during our conference was excellent! There was even plenty of conversation about how comfortable the beds were! Every detail contributed to creating an environment where our team could truly relax, connect, and focus on spending meaningful time together without worrying about logistics. We sincerely appreciate all the effort this team put into making our event a memorable experience for all of us.

Perfect Stay for a Long Weekend

Swanky Spot

Wonderful experience.
We had a wonderful time and experience here at the Virgin hotel in New Orleans. The bell hop and valet was very helpful during our stay and the front desk staff was very nice. Ike, ryan,chris and jermani. Are very hard working people and they are good at their jobs. Other than that the only issue was the pillows in are room is not the best .
