Everything but valet was great
Virgin brand is great! Staff is helpful kind and genuine. Coffee in library was wonderful. Might want to stray away from valet parking.

My stay was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and hospitable from the moment I arrived. I’m honestly upset I didn’t get everyone’s names, but Donnie and Justin truly stood out and made my experience unforgettable. I checked in on March 31st around 1:40 PM, and the entire front desk team during that time was incredible—full of smiles and such warm, positive energy. The room met all my expectations; it was clean, comfortable, and really cute. The hotel’s decor felt like an art gallery; I was like a kid in a candy store with all the contrasting patterns and colors. It was truly exhilarating. The location was also a plus. Everything was within walking distance (about a 7–10 minute walk), which I didn’t mind at all. And the food at the Common Club restaurant on the first floor was actually really good, shockingly good! I would definitely recommend and will be back !

Lance was amazing while being our barista in the Virgin Hotel. He is surely is set apart from the chains. I will be a repeat guest as long as he is on the payroll.
