A great place to stay
I had a varied schedule during my stay, lots of in and out. Ryan B was great at finding cabs and organizing ride shares. A great stay improved by a great valet!

Luxury in “The Big Easy”
My family and I had a wonderful time at the Virgin Hotel in New Orleans! Ryan B. was so helpful. He always held the door for us upon entering and leaving the hotel. He even arranged a ride for us to the airport upon our departure. He is a great employee and deserves a huge kudos for his hospitality! Our stay at the Virgin Hotel was marvelous. We loved the decor, the rooftop pool, and all of the wonderful amenities within our room and inside of the hotel. We will definitely return!

Ryan B exceptional service for The Virgin
Ryan B took exceptional care of me and my wife while we were there. When we pulled up, he was ready and willing and able to take our bags to our room. And then we were done and checking out a few days later he was there again ready to assist, even though the weather was as nice as it was when we arrived.

Great hotel stay!
We had a very nice time at the hotel! We were in town for a wedding. Lance was amazing for the morning coffee, so friendly and made my drinks half sweet with all my special requests with a smile on! Ryan G was stellar- friendly and so helpful with city recommendations and getting us a ride for the airport. Also great walkability from the hotel to the riverfront, French quarter and the garden district!
