Amazing in New Orleans
Amazing service-from bellmen to check in to lounge waitstaff and room service- all were exceptional. Not just polite, but attentive and friendly. Someone is doing a great job hiring and training staff! The room was excellent with a nice view and a separate sitting area.

The Best of New Orleans by far
We had to book a room last minute due to our flight being canceled, and we're so glad they were accommodating. The reception staff (I've unfortunately lost their names) were warm and helpful, they even provided an upgrade and a generously late check out! Drinks and bites at the polo club were lovely. Ucha and his dining staff were wonderfully kind and we enjoyed a gorgeous table during jazz brunch. John Taylor of the security team was perhaps our favorite employee during this stay. He was discreet and efficient with his work and above and beyond helpful, even making dining recommendations that ended up being some of our best meals in town. The suite was stunning and had all the comforts of home. Comfy beds, sound-proofed walls, and a stunning balcony view. My only complaint was that black stuff came out into the tub when I ran water for a bath - old building, old pipes I suppose. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and we definitely recommend it to all considering a visit.

An Amazing Experience!
Just returned from 5 fantastic days in New Orleans and our stay at the Windsor Court. The service was outstanding. From a great gym and workout room to a comfortable stylish suite we could not have asked for more. The breakfasts each morning in the Grill Room were delicious and Edgar was the sweetest!! He kept us in coffee and iced teas and conversation. The decoration for the Christmas season were gorgeous and it was so fun to have carolers. The Polo room had beautiful music, great drinks and their burger is a must! Can't wait to return!

Holiday Stay in New Orleans
We have stayed at the Windsor Court hotel several times before. It is a wonderful hotel; staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very well maintained from the grounds to the common areas to the rooms. It is especially delightful at the holidays-it is decorated with exquisitely. I would recommend the Windsor court to anyone - it is the nicest hotel in New Orleans.
