Lovely stay in AKA, our home in NYC
Lovely experience, very nice apartment, we have had 2 bedrooms and full furnished kitchen. The staff was great, they were all very kind, especially Kevin and Caesar!!!

Good place if you want a kitchen
This is a cross between a hotel and an AirBnb. Services (cleaning) limited. Be wary when booking. I thought I was booking a room with kitchen but I got a basic room. To the hotel's credit they were able to upgrade me. Make sure you book the right room. Pro: Great location for tourists. Room is beautiful with well equipped kitchen. Room is large, especially for NYC. Front desk staff very helpful. Con. Minimal cleaning. Must bag and dispose of trash yourself. No change of linens. Pricey. Morning tea poorly stocked. Runs out of food early. Limited selection. Pricey

Our stay at AKA was absolutely wonderful. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, yet still peaceful and comfortable. What made our experience even more special was the staff. Every single employee we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Traveling with family can sometimes be overwhelming, but their warmth and attentiveness made everything smooth and enjoyable. We are so grateful for such a beautiful experience. This will definitely be our place to stay whenever we return to New York. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

I felt like I was home it’s also so wonderful to have the ocean lines of the apartment the washing machine and dryer and sub zero refrigerator and kitchen especially as we are there for two weeks we used to stay at a hotel and last year we stayed for the first time at aka Times Square and wow to have clean clothes every day washed on their own and not with thousands of others The staff Medhat can I say about them. They became family. Kevin Tina Julio ceased Julio and also Curley guy either the little beard. He was wonderful. But I felt sorry for them having to be surrounded by black that’s the only downer in the reception area owners if the hotel that reception area should be painted white with soft lights. Please.

I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast in the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff made this the best experience traveling I have had traveling in my career!

Staying with AKA is always a pleasure. Among all amenities and services, coming from another country it is nice to have access to a large range of foreign TV channels. Most may not notice this but when English is not your native language these are the touches that make you feel at home.

Coming into the city for a night at time is easy when staying at AKA. No matter how late I may arrive, my suite is always ready and the front desk staff is always exceptional. They called a car service for me and even got me into my favorite restaurant.
