Favorite place to stay in NYC
We had a wonderful time in AKA Times Square during one week in April 2025 !!! Excellent location and facilities (we loved the Gym and the Penthouse). And all the people were so kind with us !! Always smiling and joking with us !! Our favorite place to stay in Manhattan !!!

Perfect for a family visit
Awesome place. Perfect apartment with kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Cesar and the front desk man, a pleasure to meet you. Always a smile, a joke, made us feel very confortable and welcome. The location is very good, a deli across the street, a wholefood market two blocks away, subway nearby…. A block away from Times Square

Lovely place to stay and extremely convenient location for all the major sights. Huge thanks go to Kevin and Tina in particular for being such wonderful hosts ☺️ Would recommend to anyone wanting a home-stay in the very centre if New York. Great accommodation.

Great place to stay in NYC
Perfect location - right by Times Square but no noise. 2 bed apartments are lovely. Great kitchen and living room space. Note, both beds are doubles (not twin in second bedroom). Housekeeping is once per week. Huge shout out to Kevin on reception for being so helpful and welcoming!

Friendly Service, Quiet Rooms, Great Value
Super friendly staff! Everyone was so great and helpful. Apartments are very comfortably sized (we had a 2 BR), and I couldn't get over how quiet it was! There is almost zero natural light, and we joked it was like a sensory depravation chamber, which made it great for sleeping. Having the full kitchen was very helpful, and so was having the laundry -- I packed light and had to re-wear clothes and the washing machine came in clutch when I spilled a drink on my jeans. Being able to grab tea and a pastry from the lounge every morning was very convenient. This place is a great value - I have stayed at much, much smaller places for the same amount of money or more. I would definitely recommend AKA.

I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast in the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff made this the best experience traveling I have had traveling in my career!

Staying with AKA is always a pleasure. Among all amenities and services, coming from another country it is nice to have access to a large range of foreign TV channels. Most may not notice this but when English is not your native language these are the touches that make you feel at home.

Coming into the city for a night at time is easy when staying at AKA. No matter how late I may arrive, my suite is always ready and the front desk staff is always exceptional. They called a car service for me and even got me into my favorite restaurant.
