Perfect location for visiting New York
We stayed at the AKA Times Square. The location is perfect for visiting Manhattan and 5 minutes walking from Grand Central. The flat was ok, the lounge at the Penthouse very relaxing and a special mention to the staff, always ready to support and to warmly welcome us each day of our stay.

exceptional hotel
Stayed at AKA with my nephew for school vacation. Loved the apartment style rooms. Despite being in a busy area, I found the hotel to be quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect Midtown Stay – Comfortable, Quiet, and Steps from Everything
I had a great stay at AKA Times Square in NYC. The location is unbeatable as it's just steps from Times Square and multiple subway lines, making it perfect for sightseeing and Broadway shows. The hotel has many friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to help out. Rooms are spacious by New York standards, modern, and are so clean and comfortable. We stayed in an apartment-style room that had a kitchen and laundry machines. The bed was comfortable, and all of the furniture was clean and comfortable. Despite being right in the middle of all of the Times Square activity, our room was surprisingly quiet, and we could relax after long days in the city. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone: couples, families, etc.

I had a very positive experience at AKA Times Square, I would like to particularly commend Elliot who attends the front desk with immense diligence and professionalism. I would also like to commend Denise who worked equally diligently with excellent customer service in the complimentary refreshments area of the facility. Overall, an excellent and positive experience.

I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast in the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff made this the best experience traveling I have had traveling in my career!

Staying with AKA is always a pleasure. Among all amenities and services, coming from another country it is nice to have access to a large range of foreign TV channels. Most may not notice this but when English is not your native language these are the touches that make you feel at home.

Coming into the city for a night at time is easy when staying at AKA. No matter how late I may arrive, my suite is always ready and the front desk staff is always exceptional. They called a car service for me and even got me into my favorite restaurant.
