Lovely hotel near time square next to.bus station easy access from airport central in manhatten. Great roof top bar in it and bar on level below which had a night club feel. You can have a wee wait for elevators but not an issue. You also get a free drink and 25 dollars to spend in shop. Cleaners in every day rooms are immaculate

Dont expect the Room deposit back!
I am afraid to say that I have experienced the same problem as the review before. We stayed over a month ago and the deposit still has not arrived. I have reported it to Barclaycard who are now doing it for me. It is a same as the stay and Hotel were great and I would have recommended to friends but if you add the charge into the room price its makes it expensive. I have also reported them to the travel company.

I met Artes at the reception, and without a doubt, he was the best person I met in all of New York. His professionalism, attentiveness, and service were the highlights of my trip. 90$ to park the car an no in and out and the reception didn’t even mention it so i paid 400$ usd for 2 days

Good stay at The Aliz
We had a great experience at The Aliz. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Elevators were fast. Food and drinks (and city views) in the Rooftop Bar were very nice. We went for a quick girls' trip. We'd stay at The Aliz again.
