Receive the security deposit before leaving.
Fitness centre only has bikes and free weights. No benches or anything. Room is good with air conditioning. Experience overall is sufficient. But go check if the hotel has returned the security deposit fee before leaving. I flown back home and still have not received it back.

Good Hotel, Great Location but very slow at responding / paying back deposit
Hotel was clean and a good location. When you check in you are asked to pay taxes which i expected and a holding deposit which is to be returned - 1 month on and I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned - have emailed the hotel on a few occasions asking for an update and not had any response. I would rate the hotel higher if i received a response and a confirmed date as to when the monies will be returned

$106 security fee not refunded back onto card
Myself and a friend stayed at the Aliz end of April beginning of May 2025 . After checking out I was told the security deposit of $106 would be refunded back onto my credit card. As of yet no refund. I contacted hotel by email several times and was told nothing was owed to me as refunds are automatically released after checking out and for me to contact my bank. My bank says no payment was made back onto card and that it is problem with the hotel. Just a word of warning to others considering booking the Aliz that this might happen to them as from reading through many reviews this is not an isolated incident with me and has happened to many others also.
