Arlo NoMad

Rooms are so small, I went with my sister for our big birthdays, we both couldn't get ready in the room. The bathroom isn't very private, it's a shower screen for the door, with the middle frosted out. We where at the back of the hotel, with no view at all, only office buildings, and with the room being ceiling to floor glass, not very private. They took a $100 credit card hold payment for damages. Didn't mention the other $200 they took off for using theyr free WiFi. They said it was for other amenities.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rafael had great service at the restaurant/bar especially. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a central location in Manhattan that has a new modern feel. The Arlo Diner experience and service was a great add on for the hotel as well.

Great place to stay Midtown for a visit to NYC. Easy walk to many major tourist attractions and sights. I’d still recommend visitors get out to see Manhattan’s many, diverse neighbourhoods. Manhattan is so much more than the Empire State, Grand Central, Central Park, etc. Anyhow.. rooms here are on the small side but well appointed. The shower was great and bathroom products were fantastic. Spa-worthy. And who cares about a small room? The beds are full size and comfortable, and who wants to hang out in a hotel room when the wonders of NYC are at your doorstep! Lifts are an inconvenience - long waits at ‘rush hours’ but that certainly wouldn’t stop me coming back. And make sure to check out Raphael’s martinis at Nomad Diner. Phenomenal. I made sure it wasn’t a fluke by going back a couple of times to check. 😁. The meals there are well priced, tasty and fresh too. A special call-out to Trisha (Patricia? Sorry?) at Housekeeping - service superstar and a gem to have on the other end of the phone. Plus fastest response to a housekeeping call in 20+ years of business travel in similar properties. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at The Arlo Nomad. The entire front desk staff were so accommodating. Rafael from the diner bar was wonderful! The hotel location was perfect. So many notable landmarks within walking distance. Thank you All so much for the great hospitality.

Absolutely incredible experience here. Jezebel and Brea were so fantastic !! So sweet and welcoming, made my experience here wonderful, I will definitely be back!! The rooms were so beautiful and had just what I needed! Great location and bar/diner downstairs.
