Great hotel
Fabulous location, 2 blocks or so from Penn station. 20 minutes max walk to flat iron building. Nice atmosphere. Staff ultra friendly. Room small but nice… no kettle or coffee making facilities in room. Competitive price wise. Cannot fault it. Great photo opportunity of Empire State from their roof terrace bar.

A wonderful weekend
I enjoyed my whole stay, the front desk clerk Lilly help me with suggestions of where to eat and party, she also helped me upgrade my room for one of my nights of stay. The Arlo is centrally located to everything and just a few steps away from train stations for easy access to all the burrows. I will most definitely be back.

Best stay in New York so far! Jamilah was able to fix some hiccups and made our day and stay smooth! I’m beyond happy with my experience and honestly it was because Jamilah really made sure to explain the booking error and find another room even with the pressure off the long line. Let me just add, every staff we came a cross were polite. Big thanks to the Arlo team.
