Arlo NoMad

Such a hidden gem. The hotel is super clean, the staff are amazing, and it is so much more than a place to sleep. It feels like a home away from home. I always stay here whenever I am in the city, it’s so easy to uber basically anywhere from here because it’s in a super convenient spot. They have a rooftop, a coffee bar, a bar bar, and a cute little diner/restaurant which has a happy hour!! (P.S Buy the room spray!!!)

A fabulous stay! Perfect location, excellent service from the staff and a view of the Empire State building from our 17th floor room!

I’m a returning guest at Arlo NoMad, and it’s truly become my home away from home during business trips. Every stay here reminds me why I always come back; the experience is consistently exceptional. The staff never disappoints; they go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and valued. I want to give special recognition to Lesa Jamilah and Bri, who exemplify the spirit of hospitality. They’re always warm, kind, and accommodating. Their personal touch and genuine care make each stay feel special, and it’s that kind of service that keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and incredible people, Arlo NoMad is it. Five stars, every time!

We stayed here last week to celebrate my 40th. On arrival the lovely reception staff gave us an upgraded room with the most incredible view! The location was spot on, far enough away from the hustle of times square (i wouldnt want to stay there personally) but only a 15 minute walk away. The shop next door (bread & butter) was brilliant for a freshly made smoothie in the morning, a hot omelette or bagel & a brilliant evening hot & cold buffet 😋. The bar prices were very high here (as every other place in New York), so we bought drinks from next door and say in the lounge on level 2 which had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The only downside was the room had no wardrobe but it was no biggie. Overall I thought it was fantastic and we will absolutely stay here again on our return to this incredible city.

Centrally located for easy navigation around Manhattan. Artwork and music set a modern tone. The rooms are well laid out with expansive windows and comfortable bedding. The diner and bodega within the hotel are convenient and further add to the ambiance. Above all, the staff at Arlo Nomad went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Bri was cheerful and accommodating every time we spoke. Kee and Journey were so friendly and helpful. Even housekeeping staff was friendly and kind. My friends and I felt so welcome, like friends.
