Great stay @ Arlo NoMad
Excellent stay! Keelan, Jamilah, and Justin were amazing—friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel!

THE STAFF IS RUDE
The view from the room was incredible! But the staff at the Arlo Nomad Hotel were rude to me. English is not my native language, and you would expect that in a hotel of this prestige, they would be used to it — spoiler alert: not at all. Whether at the reception or during dinner, the staff were very rude, making no effort to help me understand. They even mocked me. At the reception, I was given very little information upon my arrival; I had to come back to ask more questions, and even then, the answers were incomplete. Honestly, I paid $500 per night for my room, and I’m used to staying at prestigious hotels, but I’m shocked at the way I was treated here.

My stay at the Arlo Nomad was excellent. I just wanted to give Justin a shout out for helping me book my room and navigate the website. I booked my room way in advance and had trouble booking the room since I was adding my daughter (3 people versus 2) the website wouldn’t show any rooms available for 3 people but it did show a ton of rooms when it was two people). When I called, Justin’s customer service was 10/10. He was patient and willing to take his time and walk me through the website step by step to help me book my room and even prompted me to call back to confirm that the reservation went through. When I called back Justin not only confirmed my reservation but asked about the my family’s trip. I believed his questions were sincere and after talking, he stated he would add a note that it was our first time in New York and reserve a great room for us. When we got here Justin was not here but our room reservation was. On the 24th floor, my wife and daughter… and I were blown away by our room. Arlo Nomad and ALL of its employees 10/10. - From California

Absolutely amazing! Great place. Great people. Very friendly staff. Always there to help. If you go find Moises! He did a fantastic job.

Our stay was great! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Moises was always available for suggestions of places to eat and visit. He does a wonderful job. The rooftop is super nice. The view of the Empire State Building is amazing, especially after dark.
