Feels like home away from home with the help of LILY!!!!! She gave us the best sky view room we could get and was very helpful and informative of restaurants, bars , events etc. definitely ask for LILY if shes working front desk on your visit!!!!!

Don’t ever stay at this awful hotel - just don’t for no reason whatsoever! Me and my son had for months saved and planned for a 3 days father/son bonding trip to New York City. We had booked 3 nights in April 2026 at the Arlo Nomad Hotel on 31st East in Manhatten and that completely ruined our trip. Not only was our room apparently designed for people less than 6ft (we are app 6ft1 & the bed was so short that our feet and lower legs was sticking out of the bed each night), but on top of this I had serious allergic reactions from sleeping in the bed with my eyes being significantly swollen each morning and the bathroom floor was flooding after just a few minutes shower… Simply a 100% & completely unacceptable experience at even the cheapest of the cheapest hotels you could possibly book anywhere. And so I expected that at least the staff would do their upmost to help us when I in a friendly manner informed them of the severe troubles we were experiencing after the first night, but no , they didn’t really care and didn’t even try to find a reasonable alternative solution nor compensation of any kind and of course accordingly our father/son bonding trip was severely negatively impacted and ruined. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience anything close to such an unacceptable experience and so to make it short ; Don’t even consider booking a room at this awful Arlo Nomad hotel for any reason whatsoever - life is too short and your time and money is too important !

Arlo was fantastic! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. Moises specifically was fantastic throughout our stay. He & all the front desk staff answered all questions & offered great recommendations for the trip. Our only complaint was how small the rooms are. We knew they would be a little tight but did not expect just how small. We would definitely return, but likely to book a larger room.

I could not have been happier! Not only is the Arlo a fancy, modern hotel right next to the Empire State Building. The bed was super comfy, everything was clean and it was a nice place to hang out at even after the check out. The best, however, is the staff. Never have I seen staff that friendly and radiant outside hotels like the Ritz-Carlton. Yet they don’t have this well trained friendliness. They truly seem to enjoy what they do. Huge compliments to HR for picking the right people and putting them in the right places. Special thanks to Jamilah, Chiara (or Kiara? So sorry, could not find the card before giving the review) and Eduardo. They made me feel absolutely welcome and they are the guarantee this was not my last stay at an Arlo. If people are this nice at all of their hotels, you sold me on it, totally! This will be a stay I will always remember, thanks to these three beautiful human beings!

It was an amazing experience, love the staff. Brianna was amazing with us and will definitely come back because of her service and the great hotel.
